        Mutianyu - outside Beijing district?
We are Canadian citizens. We will be in Beijing 72 hours but would like to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall of China. Is this part of the Great Wall outside the Beijing district? Thanks

Visiting Great Wall while on Beijing 72 Hours
Is the Great Wall out side BJ geographical limits for the 72 Hour Visa. I keep seeing distances of 70km one hour or more driving. The restrictions keep saying you can't Leave BJ. Are they talking the city or is BJ composing of a larger district. Thank you in Advance. George U.S.A. I am coming from HongKong to BJ to Tokyo.

A few points to figure out first:
        1. The policy allows you to go anywhere under the jurisdiction of BJ, including the suburban areas.
        2. Great Wall is very long and only a few sections are located within BJ.

So you can visit the Great Wall sections located within BJ area, like Badaling. Have fun~
