2.Children taller than 120cm or over 6 years old enjoy half price discount. Please show the passport and purchase the discount ticket at the ticket office on site.

How to Book and Use

1.The tickets are released 15 days in advance; we will issue the tickets for you as soon as they are released.
2.Book & pay online, get email with confirmation number, redeem paper ticket (乾陵景区签单门票参观) at ticket offices, show 乾陵景区签单门票参观 to enter the site.
3.Four ticket redemption windows: Ticket Office at Qianling Mausoleum Museum East Gate; Ticket Office at Qianling Mausoleum Museum South Gate; Ticket Office at Tomb of Prince Yide; Ticket Office at Tomb of Princess Yongtai.
4.Travelers in one order should enter the site together.
5.The ticket is only valid for the selected visiting date.

Change & Cancellation

1.Free cancellation if sending the request 24 hours before the designated entry date.
2.After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3.Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.

What to Expect

Qianling Mausoleum is the only royal mausoleum in China even in the world where two emperors are buried. The couple of emperors are Emperor Li Zhi and the only female emperor Wu Zetian in Chinese history. Book the ticket, learn the stories of them, and you will be shocked there.

You can see 61 life-size stone statues of foreign envoys, from which you can image how grand the occasion was and how powerful the Tang Dynasty was at that time. However, the statues have no heads nowadays.

The female emperor Wu Zetian left a high stele without inscription there. She let the futurities make comment on her legendary life instead of remarking herself like other emperors. Book the ticket, you will see the stele. The inscriptions you can see on it were by the later generations. You may feel touched by how wise the woman was.

Delicate murals in the satellite tombs will attract your attention certainly. These murals are simple, bright and beautiful with a good taste of art, showing the noble life in Tang Dynasty vividly. You can also see other relics at the museum of Qianling Mausoleum.

Take the long-distance bus to Qianxian County at Xi'an West Bus Station; when you get to Qianxian County, take the bus 2 or take a taxi to Qianling Mausoleum.
