1. Free of charge for children under 120cm (3.9 feet), or less than 6 years old.
2. Free admission for seniors over 60 years old; please collect a free ticket at the tourist service center with your passport or mainland travel permit.
Reservation
1. We only provide reservation service, you need to pay the ticket fare at the service window on the travel date.
2. Your valid Passport/ID information is required for reservation, and one person can only book one ticket per day.

Yuyuantan Park has acted as emperors’ dwellings during leisure time or a short journey in Jin and Qing Dynasty and celebrities’ private gardens during Yuan and Ming Dynasty. After a long-time forestry construction, it is full of vigor and vitality. Its clear waters, verdant trees and fresh air have named itself Tiny Switzerland in the East.
Every year, from the end of March to early May, the Cherry Blossom Festival lasts for more than one month in Yuyuantan Park. Thousands of cherry trees and numerous plants are all in bloom, which has attracted large numbers of visitors in spring. Usually, around the Qingming Festival, it is the best time to view the beauty of cherry blossom here. The Yuyuantan Park has been cultivating and studying more and more varieties of cherry trees from all over the world and the number is up to 40 now.
If you want to be released from summer heat, come here and go boating in a quiet afternoon, close your eyes and feel a refreshing breeze blowing across the lake. In winter, you can enjoy tremendous happiness of playing various interesting outdoor games with your families and friends during the Ice and Snow Season in Yuyuantan Park.

How to get to Yuyuantan Park

To the east gate: take
Subway Line 1, stop at Muxidi station, Exit D1 and then walk 990m to the park; or take bus 32, 114 or 320, and get off at Yuyuantan East Gate.

To the west gate: take bus 62, 323, 374, 603, Te 8, or Ye 30, and get off at Yuyuantan West Gate.

To the south gate: take
Subway Line 1 or
Subway Line 9 and get off at Military Museum Station, Exit E2 and then walk about 1km to the park. Or take bus 32, 65, 78, 85 or 414 to Yuyuantan South Gate.
