Flight booking terms and conditions

By submitting the booking form, you agree to be bound to flight booking Terms and Conditions.

Reservations and Payment

  • The ticket price includes Domestic China Civil Aviation Development Fund (airport tax) and jet fuel surcharge levied directly by the Airlines.
  • Our quotation is based on the updated exchange rate between US Dollar and CN Yuan, which is USD1.00 equates to CNY 6.8.
  • The total airfare should be prepaid prior to the issue of the tickets.
  • Payment by Paypal (credit cards), Western Union or Wire Transfer is available. The bank transfer fee is at your expense. Paypal accepts payment with most credit cards. If you pay by Paypal, the transaction fee of 3% charged by PayPal will be added onto the total price.
  • The discounts and seat availability on any flight are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.

Change and Cancellation

  • FREE change and cancellation before payment.
  • FREE change and cancellation before ticket is issued, but the price difference caused will be on the client's side for the change request.
  • After the ticket is issued, any change or cancellation is subject to Airline's Change & Cancellation Policy. A handling charge of USD8 per ticket will be surcharged for this application.
  • TravelChinaGuide can not accept change or cancellation within 24 hours before departure time. Any change or cancellation should notify us by email.

Responsibility

  • We reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the price in case cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency devaluation, taxes, or fuel surcharges before tickets being issued.
  • We are only flight booking agents. We are not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the flights.
  • We are not responsible for any losses caused by inaccurate information offered by the clients in tickets booking, such as mistake of passengers’ passport number or passenger’s full name, etc.
  • The flight info list on our website is for your reference only. Please refer to the ticket info issued by each airline as the final confirmation. TravelChinaGuide is not responsible for flight schedule changes by different airlines.

  • All airlines have their own luggage policy, especially for some cheap airlines. All policy should be subject to the latest regulation issued by each airline company.
