China Visa Applications at CVASC in Denmark
All visa applications in Denmark should be made through Application Service Center (CVASC).
Procedure
1. Prepare all required documents and material by refering to the website of CVASC and ensure they are genuine and credible.
2. Fully fill out the Application Form. You can complete the form online and print it out, or download blank form first, and fill it out by hand.
3. Make online appointment for your submission.
4. Obtain queue number upon arrival at the center and submit your application when your number is called.
5. Pick up your visa on the collection day and pay the fees.
Note:
1. The Center hopes that applicants complete the application form online so that the applications can be handed quickly.
2. For saving time, applicants should book appointments online for submission of applications at the Centre. Applicants having made appointments may submit applications at a dedicated counter at the time allocated.
3. The Embassy has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy for an interview.
4. Please carefully check all the printed information on your visa when you collect your passport (including your name's spelling, birthday, nationality, number of entry, period of validity and duration of stay as well as the number and validity of your passport before departure). If you have any queries about it, you should report it to the counter staff immediately. You will be responsible for any consequences arising afterwards.
Application at CVASC by Post
1. Prepare all required documents and material by refering to the website of CVASC and ensure they are genuine and credible.
2. Complete the Application Form of PRC. You can complete the form online and print it out, or download first, then fill it by hand.
3. Prepare the envelope, postage, and the stamped envelope for return delivery. Note: Return envelops with red stamps printed by stamp machines (frankeringsmaskine) are not acceptable. Applicants are requested to use regular stamps (frimaerker) only.
4. Put all the documents into the envelope, seal the envelope and post to the Center.
5. After getting your visa from Chinese embassy, staff of the Center will call you and give your pick-up form number, the Center's bank account and exact amount of fees that need to be transferred.
6. Once your payment received, staff of the Center will post your passport back.
Note:
1. Mailing Address of the Center: Classensgade 34,2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.
2. For the purpose of returning processed applications to the applicant, applicants must provide an addressed and postage paid envelope.
3. Please go through Application by Post Check List (available at CVASC's website) to make sure all documents have been completed before sending your application out to the Center, and then include the list into your application.
4. Postal applications require 2 weeks for processing. there is no express service for postal applications.
5. For checking purpose, please note your correct passport number and pick-up form number when you transfer the fees through bank.
