Important Notice

Price

1. Free of charge for children under 100cm (3.3 feet), or less than 3 years old.
2. Minors between 101cm and 140cm enjoy half price. Or if the height is over 140cm but the age is under 10 years old, also enjoy half price.
3. Senior over 65 years old enjoy discount, the discount ticket could only be bought on spot.

The tickets are released 10 days in advance; we will book the tickets for you as soon as they are available.

How to Book and Use

1. Book & pay online, get email confirmation with bar code, show bar code on site.
2. Travelers in one order should enter the site together.
3. The ticket is only valid for the selected visiting date.

Change & Cancellation

1. Free cancellation if sending emails 24 hours before the entry date.
2. After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3. Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.
4. No change is accepted, if you would like to make change, please cancel and rebook.

How to get to Madame Tussauds Shanghai

By metro:
Take Line 1 , Line 2 or Line 8 , get off at People's Square Station. Leave from Exit 7 and you will see the New World Plaza. The wax museum is on the 10th floor.

By bus:
Take bus 18, 46, 108, 312, 318, 537, 930, or 952 and get off at Xizangzhonglu Beijingdonglu Station. Find the New World Plaza at 2-68 West Nanjing Road.
