Do you mean Yongqing county in Langfang city？If yes, you can take a bus from Liuliqiao Bus Station to Langfang first. The bus departs from 6:30 to 19:30 with an interval about 30 minutes and it takes about 1 hour to get there. After that, take a bus from Langfang bus Station to Yongqing county. The bus stars from 5:45 to 18:00 with an interval about 30 minutes.
