Day 1 Manila Airport Pick-up
Welcome to your 12 days Philippines honeymoon package! Upon your arrival in Manila, your driver will meet you at Manila Airport and provide a private transfer to your downtown hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax at your hotel or explore nearby Bonifacio High Street, a large shopping mall and a popular spot for locals to stroll and picnic - couples, friends, and families walking their dogs or taking photos along the pedestrian lanes. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a performance or participate in an activity at the Amphitheater here.

You may have heard about Manila’s safety concerns, as it is a city full of contradictions, where a wall often separates bustling commercial districts from dilapidated slums. However, there’s no need to worry too much during our tour. Our handpicked hotel is in the BGC District, where police patrol frequently, as they do at Manila’s main tourist attractions. Plus, with your driver and guide accompanying you, you can travel with peace of mind.

Accommodation: Seda Bonifacio Global City, Manila (4 stars) or similar
Day 2 Manila City Tour: Rizal Park, Intramuros Old Town & American Cemetery
The Philippines has a complex history of colonization over the past 400 years by various countries and a painful experience during World War II (1939-1945). This morning, your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to explore Manila’s historical sites spanning different eras, allowing you to witness its past. First, let the greenery and sea breeze energize you at Rizal Park, built in honor of Jose Rizal (1861-1896), the “Father” of the Philippines. Standing before the towering monument, you can learn from your guide how Rizal led the Filipino people in the fight for freedom and independence.

Next, let the weathered architecture of Intramuros Old Town bring you back to the colonial era. At Casa Manila, a museum modeled after a Spanish mansion, you can immerse yourself in the luxurious lifestyle of the 19th-century upper class, from the elegant courtyard fountain and exquisite wooden shutters to the antique furniture and artwork. Then step into the Baroque-style San Agustin Church, where signs of time are evident in the carved wooden doors, heavy stone walls, and stained-glass windows, as if entering Hogwarts Castle. After admiring the magnificent Romanesque architecture of Manila Cathedral and strolling through Fort Santiago, we’ll leave the ancient stories behind and head to modern Manila.

As we arrive at the bustling SM Mall of Asia, your guide will show you how to capture the iconic MOA Globe at the entrance, and you can also see the distinctive SM Mall of Asia Arena, known as the “Eyecon.” Finally, our visit will conclude at the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, where more than 17,000 American soldiers who died in the Philippines during World War II are buried. Your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Meals: Breakfast
Accommodation: Seda Bonifacio Global City, Manila (4 stars) or similar
Day 3 Fly from Manila to Caticlan, Private Transfer to Boracay
After breakfast, your guide and driver will see you off at Manila Airport for a one-hour flight to Caticlan Airport. Upon arrival, enjoy your local driver’s pickup and transfer to your hotel in Boracay.

How to Spend Your Free Time on Boracay (at your own expense)
Boracay boasts one of the world’s top beaches, White Beach, where you can stroll and enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. If you’d like to sample local delicacies, Gerry’s Grill, a restaurant serving Philippine cuisine, is only a 10-minute walk south of your hotel and costs USD 10-15 on average. Crispy pata and grilled squid are their signature dishes, best paired with crab rice, which leaves a lasting aftertaste. In the evening, you may join the lively beach parties to experience the local nightlife, but be sure to rest early to recharge for tomorrow’s island-hopping tour.

Meals: Breakfast
Accommodation: The District Boracay (4 stars) or similar
Day 4 Boracay Island Hopping with Two Beaches, Coral Garden & Crocodile Island
This morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel for a Banca boat ride to begin today’s Boracay island-hopping tour!

First, let’s enjoy snorkeling and observe the daily life of local people at Tambisaan Beach. Next, unveil the ocean’s hidden secrets at the pristine Puka Beach, where various shells and coral fragments await to surprise you. As you stroll here, you may be tempted to take photos of delicate artificial sandcastles and props, but please note that they require payment, priced from PHP 20 to 100 (USD 0.3 to 1.5). Then, we’ll discover the vibrant underwater world of Coral Garden by swimming with schools of butterflyfish and clownfish, or dive into the azure waters of Crocodile Island.

After exploring Bolabog Beach, where the waves are ideal for water activities like kitesurfing and parasailing, we’ll visit Diniwid Beach and Ilig-iligan Beach if the weather permits. Finally, enjoy a delicious seafood barbecue before your guide and driver escort you back to your hotel in the early afternoon.

 Environment-friendly Tips
1. We suggest you avoid disposable items by using reusable bags and your daily water bottle to help protect the island.
2. When snorkeling or swimming, it’s best not to touch or chase marine life to protect the ocean’s ecosystem.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: The District Boracay (4 stars) or similar
Day 5 Free Day in Boracay
Today is your free time to make the most of your island time! Here are some ways to enjoy Boracay for your reference:
1. Stroll along the endless beach in front of your hotel and bask in the sun with a coffee from a seaside cafe.
2. Take a thrilling helicopter tour for panoramic views of the blue sea dotted with lush islands. A 15-minute tour typically costs PHP 9,700 (USD 165). Whether you book online or through your hotel, choose a qualified operator to ensure your safety.
3. Spend a relaxing afternoon at Kabayan Spa, just a 5-minute walk east of your hotel.
4. Indulge in the dazzling array of seafood at D’Talipapa Market, then grab a drink at a bar to enjoy the intoxicating night.

Accommodation: The District Boracay (4 stars) or similar
Day 6 Private Transfer to Caticlan Airport; Fly to Cebu
After breakfast, your driver will escort you to Caticlan Airport for a one-hour flight to Cebu. Upon arrival, your driver will pick you up and accompany you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours.

Recommended Street Exploration in Cebu: Distinctive Jeepney (on your own)
If you walk 15 minutes west from your hotel, you will find Cebu’s busiest jeepney terminal. Originally converted from jeeps left by the US military after World War II, each jeepney is meticulously painted by its owner in striking colors and creative designs, making it an irreplaceable part of the urban landscape and a unique symbol of public transportation in the Philippines. In recent years, despite complaints from tourists and residents about the noise and pollution caused by jeepneys, building a subway system in the Philippines has been difficult, leaving jeepneys as the “King of the Road”. While the interior may not be spacious or comfortable, a short ride can be a cultural experience like no other. If interested, you can take a ride using real-time jeepney information from the local Sakay App.

Meals: Breakfast
Accommodation: Maayo Hotel, Cebu (4 stars) or similar
Day 7 Cebu & Lapu-Lapu Twin City Tour with Historic Heritage
After your guide and driver pick you up from your hotel, let’s spend an informative day filled with culture and history in Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island. First, we’ll learn about the legendary chieftain Lapu-Lapu (1491-1542 AD) and his glorious story of vanquishing Ferdinand Magellan (1480-1521 AD) at the majestic 20-meter (66 feet) Lapu-Lapu Monument and the Mactan Shrine in memory of Magellan. Then, head to the Alegre Guitars Factory to witness the local craftsmanship in guitars and ukuleles. Cebu’s handmade guitars have a time-honored history: the story began when Spanish friars brought guitars to Cebu in the 16th century, inspiring local artisans not only to make standard guitars but also, through long-term experimentation, to create guitars with distinct tones by using different materials, making Cebu’s guitars renowned worldwide.

Next, we’ll drive away from Lapu-Lapu City to the TOPS Cebu viewing platform and have lunch at the Top of Cebu buffet restaurant, with stunning mountain views, or at Balay sa Busay Restaurant if you prefer authentic Filipino cuisine.

After lunch, head downhill with your guide to Cebu’s city center to visit Magellan’s Cross and the Basilica Minore Del Sto. Nino, where you can see the statue of the Child Jesus, a gift from Magellan to the Queen of Cebu. To this day, the annual Sinulog Festival in January remains Cebu’s grandest religious celebration, during which every family decorates its own statuette of the Child Jesus and colorful floats parade through the streets, all testifying to the Filipino people’s deep-rooted culture and faith. Besides, you’ll learn about significant events in Cebu’s history while browsing the sculptures at the Cebu Heritage Monument.

Afterward, follow your guide to the Yap-San Diego Ancestral House and the Cebu Taoist Temple to experience Filipino-Chinese culture, which has profoundly shaped Cebu. Finally, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: Maayo Hotel, Cebu (4 stars) or similar
Day 8 Cebu Island Hopping: Hilutungan Island, Nalusuan Island & Pandanon Island
After exploring Cebu’s fascinating history, we’ll delve into its breathtaking natural beauty today. Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to begin the island-hopping tour around Cebu.

Known as the “Land of a Thousand Islands,” the Philippines offers a varied, captivating landscape on each island. Our first stop is Nalusuan Island, where all your fatigue and worries will vanish as you close your eyes and float in the crystal-clear waters. Next, embark on a marine adventure around Hilutungan Island, exploring the home of corals and fish at what’s considered “Cebu’s best snorkeling spot” and getting up close to the beautiful clownfish “Nemo.” Then, stroll along the pristine white sandbar on Pandanon Island and take photos at the island’s beautiful chapel.

Around noon, enjoy a seafood barbecue lunch we prepared for you. Your guide and driver will then accompany you back to your hotel in Cebu.

Day 9 Fly from Cebu to Puerto Princesa, City Sightseeing
In the morning, you’ll enjoy a private transfer to Cebu Airport for a one-hour flight to Puerto Princesa. After landing, your guide and driver will escort you from the airport to your hotel for a short rest, then begin your Puerto Princesa sightseeing.

First, follow your guide along the Baywalk, admiring the harmonious scene of the expansive sea view and the moored fishing boats. Because Puerto Princesa is in the Palawan Area, which boasts the lowest population density and the best-preserved natural landscape in the Philippines, locals consider it the dwelling place of the deities. While perhaps not as famous as Manila or Cebu, it offers an unparalleled clean environment and a unique charm rooted in traditional culture and seascapes. Our next stop is the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral, where the pure white architecture, bathed in sunlight, makes the statue of the Virgin Mary in front seem even more sacred. Although there are few ornate decorations, the space still exudes a unique sense of elegance and brings inner peace and calm to all visitors who step inside.

Then, let’s ascend the mountain to Mitra’s Ranch, where you’ll have some free time to take in the beautiful views of Honda Bay while breathing in the fresh mountain air. There are also several paid activities, such as horseback riding and zip-lining, if you are interested. After that, we’ll go to the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center, which is primarily dedicated to rescuing crocodiles and breeding baby crocodiles. Beyond seeing crocodiles of different sizes and ages, follow your guide to uncover other endangered animals in the surrounding primeval forest, which many group tours skip. Lastly, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel, Palawan (4 stars) or similar
Day 10 Puerto Princesa Adventure to Subterranean River National Park
Today, get ready to discover the raw beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Subterranean River National Park. After a 1.5-hour drive from your hotel to Sabang Village with your guide and driver, we’ll continue with a 20-minute boat ride. Upon entering the park’s primeval forest, you might encounter mischievous monkeys, so keep your belongings secure to avoid being snatched. Once we arrive at the cave mouth, covered in lush green vegetation, we’ll board a smaller boat and gradually venture deep into the sunless depths. Carved over millions of years, numerous karst caves have formed here, and a winding underground river flows directly to the sea, providing water and habitat for countless cave creatures and earning the park a place among the “New Seven Wonders of Nature”.

As darkness descends, even your breath may seem amplified. Under the illumination of headlights, you may be surprised to see swarms of bats sleeping on the cave ceiling, swallows darting through the air, and fish swimming in the river. Because water droplets and bat droppings may fall at any time, we suggest you wear waterproof clothing and a hat. Although you will indulge in the adrenaline rush of awe and excitement in the enormous cave chambers, please try to keep quiet to avoid disturbing the local ecosystem. After a 45-minute cave adventure, we’ll return the same way and follow your guide and driver back to your hotel.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel, Palawan (4 stars) or similar
Day 11 Puerto Princesa: Honda Bay Island Hopping with Three Islands
After traveling for 10 days, we have specially arranged a relaxing island-hopping tour around Honda Bay, near the city, especially friendly for parent-child guests and first-time island-hoppers. In the morning, you will be escorted to the pier by your guide and driver, then take a boat to visit Starfish Island, Cowrie Island, and Luli Island.

As its name suggests, Starfish Island is renowned as an important habitat for starfish. During the breeding season, usually from March to May, you can spot colorful starfish scattered on the sand beneath the shallow water, adding a romantic, cozy atmosphere to the beach. No one can resist the charm of these adorable little creatures, and simply watching them move slowly can be a pleasure. Then, snorkel near Cowrie Island to step into a real-life aquarium and be surrounded by vibrant tropical fish. You can also try the island’s activities on your own, such as banana boating or kayaking. After enjoying a seafood lunch here, we’ll head to Luli Island, where you may sip fresh coconut juice on the soft sand or soak up the sun in a hammock. Locals here may be enthusiastic about taking photos for you for a small tip, and they are indeed skilled at creating Instagrammable photos and videos; you can try as you like. After some sweet time on the beach with your beloved, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Recommended Restaurant for Dinner (at your own expense)
On your last night in the Philippines, why not satisfy your taste buds with a seafood feast? Kalui Seafood Restaurant, just a two-minute walk east of your hotel, offers a strong tropical ambiance and serves a variety of Filipino delicacies, including squid sisig, sinigang (a traditional sour soup), and seafood curry. As one of the most popular local restaurants, it can get quite crowded during peak hours, so it’s better to make a reservation in advance.
