Most of the local travel agancies in Kunming do supply the tour to Vietnam. I think you could find one when you arrive in Kunming City.

I would like to lijiang and shagri-la mid oct. how about the climate on that month

The rainy season of Lijiang is from June to October, especially in July and August. In October, if it rains, you may feel a little cold. The weather is very fine in the other months.
