It's really worth it to visit this beautiful valley. I had never thought water could have such intense and brilliant colours. In autumn the trees also show vibrant coloured leaves. Such wonders! But be prepared: Thousands of Chinese tourists will be experiencing the same. Long waiting lanes, busses full to the brim, fighting for the best place to take photos. The booking process was easy and communication between myself and the agents was quick. The booking did take awhile to be confirmed however but I believe this was not at their end but with the ticket booking staff for Mount Qingcheng itself. We had a great time hiking up it and spent about 6 hours on the mountain, the tiered pavilion on the highest peak is currently closed which is a bit of a disappointment but we did now that in advance. Definitely worth a visit. ...More
