Many dishes of Sichuan Cuisine use seasonings like green onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper and wild pepper. They taste spicy but very delicious. They may not have good appearance but can stimulate your appetite. The signature dishes are Mapo Tofu, Poached Pork Slices, Stir-fried Diced Chicken with Hot Pepper, Fried Pork Slices with Salted Pepper and Noodles with Peppery Sauce etc. There are some good Sichuan restaurants in Hong Kong.
