I am a 79 year old senior from California who will be visiting Shenyang for 1 month in Sept. 2019.
Am I eligible to receive a Red Sunset Card? If so, where do I obtain such a card? Are there any fees or charges to use this card? Thank you. (Joel in San Diego, California)

Oh, as I know, this policy only apply to the local citizen. Thus I am afraid that you are not eligible for this. :)

In fact, taking shuttle bus is more convenient, you can take shuttle bus line 2 to Maluwan and then walk about 900m to get there.

You can take subway line 2 to Baitahe Rd and then take tram line 2 to the airport. Btw, it charges CNY5 and the duration is about 79mins.
