Here are my feedback for our experience in China. It was great.
    1) All of the meals were top of the line. My family is a little picky when it comes to food, but we were able to find something to eat everywhere. Also, the food prepared at the home visit in Xian was the best.
    2) All of the guides spoke great English and were always early to pick us up. We never had to worry about the guides. They were all phenomenal.
    3) All of the cars were clean and supplied water. One of the cars smelled of smoke a little, but nothing that ruined the experience. All of the drivers knew where they were going and got us to our locations quickly and safely.
    4) All of the guides were outstanding, however two were unbelievable. Candy in Beijing and Ryan in Shanghai. My family fell in love with Candy and the driver in Beijing. If we ever make a trip back to Beijing, the only person who we will use is Candy. She spoiled us and made us feel like we were family. She is a special person and she should be your highest paid guide. I have already given her name to 2 of my friends. I cannot say enough nice things about Candy. She made our trip special. She was always 15 - 20 minutes early, knew here Chinese history exceptionally well, and worked with us when my son got sick. She is the main reason why we would recommend TravelGuide to our friends and family. We were only with Ryan for a short period of time, but both my kids enjoyed being around him. He told them jokes and talked to them like he was their best friend. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, but no one can top Candy!

My overall opinion on the tour is extremely positive and i'm very satisfied. Every guide was promptly at the airport/station waiting us/me and he/she gave all relevant information about the place we were visiting and what to expect for the following days. They were always ready to answer to our questions and to give advice on where to go and what to do during free time. Moreover they were both professional and friendly with everyone, thus being able to create a good feeling among all participants. By the way, I would like to thank in particular Echo, the guide I had in Suzhou during the private tour. She has been one of the best guides I have ever had during these 9 years of travel around the world and she made the final part of the tour really enjoyable for me. Cars/vans were clean and comfortable and drivers safely driving at all times. Also, group was great and this also helped for a good vacation to be experienced. The policy of keeping groups small is very clever because it gives the chance for everyone to know each other and try to get along with every participant, and additionally every visit is much more manageable by guides as there are less people to take care of. Another thing I found really nice with regard to the group tour is the list of the names and nationalities of every participant given on the briefing paper :-))! Also, the free time given to us/me after visits or before an activity was perfectly managed. Meals were fairly good. Extremely good those in Xi'an at the Chinese family home and on Aug 21 in Shanghai (lunch). I liked every aspect of the tour, from the guides to drivers, from schedule/timetable of the days to meals and activities done. ... More

It was a good idea to have our tour last May because the weather wasn't that bad. It was great. The tour guides, Linda, Susan, and Pan, were very nice and helpful. They really knew their information and they were very enthusiastic about everything. The tour was also really well planned out and the food was good too. Thank you.

The tour was wonderful! The time spent was good! Very enjoyable. All the meals were really amazing and the environments were spectacular. The local house was very nice and comfortable. The guides were all very friendly, personable and knowledgeable and had a good command of English. They knew about the locations and were able to answer all questions adequately. They made each city a great and comfortable experience each day. Drivers were good and cars were clean. Hotels were very clean - at breakfast we had more than enough. Thanks a bunch!! ... More

We just completed this “Best of China” tour and everything was great. From our prompt pick-up at the airport, (from where we went to a hotel chosen by ourselves, prior to the trip) to our final days in Shanghai, we enjoyed the entire venture. There were no hiccups at all. The meals were all exceptionally good. We were happy to have the guide help with our choice - this was not true for all of the group, but this did not pose a problem as we then separated into 2 groups which was accommodated by the restaurant. On several occasions, there was too much food - we had over-ordered. Our first guide in Beijing was charming and helpful at all times. The guide in Shanghai was outstanding - her positive attitude and good humor were very enjoyable. She greatly enhanced our stay there. The cars were clean. The ready availability of water was very important and appreciated. The hotel in Beijing was a bit isolated. This was not an issue for us as we spent some time in Beijing prior to joining the group in a more central area. I would recommend that if a client wishes to extend their stay, that you do not place them in this hotel. We were happy with the service and the hygiene. Indeed we enjoyed a delicious evening meal there on one evening. Breakfast was excellent. I should have mentioned that we enjoyed visiting the home and eating a meal prepared before us. The volume of the food presented in a relatively small was most impressive. We had fun watching and participating in preparing the dumplings! I cannot emphasize how impressed we were with your service. Our emails were always answered promptly and all help was provided. We had a wonderful time and benefited greatly from all that you have to offer. Thank you again. ... More

First of all Xie Xie, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our Experience. Wendy really enjoyed her Birthday, thank you so much for organizing the beautiful Birthday Cake. One thing I would like to say, in your description of the Dumpling dinner you say not to expect too much from the dinner. We think it was a real "Highlight" the combination of Show and Dinner was excellent, everyone enjoyed the many different dumplings, even vegetarian was catered for, it was a really good experience. Another "highlight" for me was, I joined a group of people doing Tai Chi in the City Wall park, even though we couldn't communicate I felt privileged to join the group that morning we were there, they were doing a different form but I was able to follow. It was an amazing experience. Thanks for arranging that. ... More
