How to Book and Use:
1. Book & pay online, get email confirmation with confirmation number, show confirmation number and passport at the designated ticket office to redeem paper tickets.
2. Travelers in one order should redeem tickets together.
3. The ticket is only valid for the selected date.

1. Day Cruise
To redeem your ticket, please visit No. 1 Wharf of Shiliu Pu (located at 481 and 491 Zhongshan East 2nd Road) (十六铺1号码头, 中山东二路481、491号) and present the QR code we have sent you.
Redemption is available from 10:30 to 15:00.
You have the flexibility to choose a cruise departure before 18:00, based on your schedule.
The cruise duration is approximately 45 minutes.
2. Night Cruise
Where to redeem the ticket: Before 17:00, please visit No. 1 Wharf of Shiliu Pu (十六铺1号码头, 中山东二路481、491号);After 17:00, please get to No. 2 Wharf of Shiliu Pu 十六铺2号码头（中山东二路551号）.
Redemption is available from 10:30 to 20:00.
You have the flexibility to choose a cruise departure after 18:00, based on your schedule.
The cruise duration is approximately 45 minutes.
3. Chuan Zhang [Happy Captain] + Buffet Dinner
Address for ticket redemption and boarding: Pier 3, Shiliupu (Address: No. 99 Waimai Road, Shanghai) ;黄浦区外马路99号十六铺3区码头.
Document needed: QR code and your passport.
Time for Redemption: 17:30-18:20.
Sailing: 18:30-20:30.
4. Dragon Cruise [Long Chuan] + Buffet Dinner
Address for ticket redemption and boarding: Pier 3, Shiliupu (Address: No. 99 Waimai Road, Shanghai) ;黄浦区外马路99号十六铺3区码头.
Document needed: QR code and your passport.
Time for Redemption: 17:00 -18:30.
Sailing: 19:00-21:00.
Earliest boarding is 17:20, with dinner being served at about 18:00.
For children under 130cm in height, kindly request a complimentary ticket at the ticket counter, and please pay CNY100 for dinner after boarding.
5. Crystal Princess + Buffet Dinner
Address for ticket redemption and boarding: Pier 3, Shiliupu (Address: No. 99 Waimai Road, Shanghai) ;黄浦区外马路99号十六铺3区码头.
Document needed: QR code and your passport.
Time for Redemption: 17:00 -18:40.
Sailing: 19:00-21:00.
Earliest boarding is 17:00, with dinner being served at about 17:30.
For children under 130cm in height, kindly request a complimentary ticket at the ticket counter, and please pay CNY150 for dinner after boarding.

Cancellation and Change:
1. Free cancellation if sending emails 24 hours before the entry date. For all the cruises with buffet dinner, cancellation and change are not accepted within 24 hours.
2. After the ticket is issued, service fee is non-refundable.
3. Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.
4. No change is accepted, if you would like to make change, please cancel and rebook.

How to get to the Shiliupu Wharf?
 Option 1: Take Sightseeing Bus Line 1, Line 3 or Line 5 and get off at the Huangpu River Cruise Terminal or Old Meteorological Signal Tower, which are both within walking distance to Shiliupu Wharf.

 Option 2: Take city bus 55, 65, 305, 736, 866, or 868 to Shiliupu Station.

    The pier was a bit difficult to find at first as the address was not accessible in google maps. However, as most people are super kind to support you I found the entrance very quickly. The cruise itself went very smooth and was stunning. The bund just looks amazing at night.
    I would also like to share big thanks to the organizers who are always willing to help in case of questions or concerns. Thank you for this incredible experience with you, I highly recommend it

    Our guide, Leo was excellent and he had great knowledge of the places we visited and the lunch we recieved was delicious. I would highly recommend this trip. It is worth spending the day in all those places. My family and I enjoyed the trip very much.

    Very easy to book! They simply emailed me the QR code and I could redeem at any time at the pier.
    The cruise was fun, aprox. 45 minutes of the actual sail. It was lovely to see all the buildings lit up.
