Day 1 Arrival in Bali, Airport Pick-up to Seminyak
Welcome to Bali and thanks for choosing our Indonesia 2 weeks tours. After your arrival in Bali, your driver and personal assistant will warmly welcome you at Ngurah Rai Airport and send you to check into the hotel. After settling down, you could take a good rest to adjust to the time difference, or hang out to experience the nightlife of Seminyak.

 Money Exchange
It’s not always convenient to pay by card on some less-touristy small islands. Exchange money at an Authorized Money Changer, a bank such as Mandiri and BNI, or an ATM. Avoid exchanging money at the airport or popular spots since you may face bad exchange rates. BMC Seminyak is a good choice during your stay in Seminyak.

 SIM Card
You could purchase a local SIM card after arriving. Telkomsel is one of the best choices for network operator. The best-selling plan is priced IDR 150,000 (approximately USD 9), with 25GB of data and valid for 30 days. XL Axiata is also a travelers’ choice with more affordable prices and network coverage in most cities and islands.

Recommended Restaurant for Dinner (at your own expense)
You hotel is close to the beach where there are a variety of choices of Indonesian and Western food. Zanzibar Restaurant is a popular Italian restaurant in Seminyak, located on Double Six Beach, facing the Indian Ocean and offering good perspective for admiring the scenery. For a better sea view, you could choose a seat on the second floor, where there is also a swimming pool for you to relax while dining.
Average Cost per Person: USD 10
Address: Jl. Double Six, Legian 80361

Accommodation: Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak (5 stars) or similar
Day 2 Seminyak: Visit Melasti Beach, Padang-Padang Beach & Uluwatu Temple
After breakfast, your private guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and accompany you to the Melasti Beach, where you’ll have enough time to swim, take a sunbath, and enjoy the comfort of strolling on the beach. Hidden under high cliffs in the southernmost part of Bali, Melasti captivates visitors with its white soft sandy beach and blue jelly seawater. Feast your eyes on the incredible view, pick up beautiful shells, or look for hermit crabs. Then, we’ll proceed to Padang-Padang Beach, a paradise for swimming and surfing enthusiasts. The beach is dotted with grotesque rock formations, surrounded by vibrant trees. Sit in the shade and enjoy the scenic view.

After relaxation on the beach, you’ll be led to Uluwatu Temple, the only clifftop temple in Bali. Built in the 11th century on Lover’s Cliff, it stands over 70 meters (230 ft.) above sea level, offering a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean. The architecture of the temple is an example of Balinese style, with featured Bentar gate and religious stone carvings. Stand at the edge of a cliff, and listen to the waves lapping the rock. As the sun slowly sets and the sky changes from blue to a mixture of pink, orange and purple, the charming traditional Kecak Fire Dance will be performed on the amphitheater. Enjoy the mysterious dance accompanied by human voices, and get to know the story of the epic Ramayana. After the show, we will send you back to the hotel.
 Tips:
1. Uluwatu is home to a lot of naughty monkeys that usually snatch visitors’ stuff such as hats, phones and sunglasses. It’s necessary to take good care of your belongings while visiting.
2. It’s better to choose a front seat facing the sea, from which you could get a better view of the performance and the scenery.

Loosen your belt and enjoy the superb tropical cuisine. Try some juicy satay at the popular restaurant Naughty Nuri’s Warung, which is a local traditional kebab made with chicken or pork. Of course, do not miss the beautiful charming sunset on the beach in the late afternoon. Order a Martini or a cool Bintang beer and let yourself be intoxicated by the setting sun.
