The taxi station for airport passengers is outside Gate 4 of international arrival. Yes, generally speaking, it will be easy for you to get a cab at that time. Don't worry.

I am arriving at Hangzhou Airport around 11.35pm. What would be the safest mode of transport to the hotel in downtown area which I have yet to book if I am travelling alone? How safe for a lady to travel thre alone? Thanks.

I think the safest way and most convenient way is to take a taxi. It is safe to travel there alone for a lady even in the evening.

Do you mean you want to go to Shanghai from Hangzhou? If so, you can go to the railway station by taking aiport shuttle bus and then take the bullet trains to reach SH in the morning.

Most of the days will be cloudy from next Monday, and the temperature is around 15C. There will be a little of rainfall in daytime, but the weather is becoming warmer day by day.
