The weather is cool/cold in north Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue 18-28’C), warm in central and south Vietnam (Hoian, Saigon). This climate is fine but it is the busiest time in the year for tourists to come to Vietnam.

US dollar is the best currency to bring to Vietnam. Visa/ Master cards are popular in the big cities like Ho Chi Minh & Hanoi. You can pay by credit card and withdraw the local currency from ATM. The time in Manila is one hour earlier than that in Vietnam. For example, it is 20:47 in Manila, but 19:47 in Saigon.
