Qionghai Boao Airport

At present, there are two terminals, domestic terminal of 9900 square meters, international and Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan terminal of 6848 square meters. Qionghai Airport has a 3,200-meter runway and 52 aircraft stands, which can offer enough space for large aircrafts like Boeing B747, airbus A340 to take off and land.
 Located in Zhongyuan Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, south of China, Qionghai Airport is about 12 kilometers (about 7.5 miles) from downtown Qionghai, and 15 kilometers (about 9.5 miles) from Boao International Conference Center. It is the key supporting project of Boao Forum for Asia and the third international airport in Hainan province.
 40 minutes before take-off. It is suggested to arrive at the airport 1.5~2 hours in advance.
 Qionghai Airport cooperates with Air China (CA), Shanghai Airline (FM), China Eastern Airline (MU), China Southern Airlines (CZ), Shandong Airlines (SC), Juneyao Airlines (HO), Hebei Airlines (NS), Loong Airlines (GJ), and Urumqi Air (UQ).

 Take the shuttle bus line 1 to the Qionghai Railway Station, which will take about 35 minutes and cost CNY 15; then take a taxi to Boao International Conference Center, which will take 30 minutes and cost CNY 60.

  1. Airlines have restrictions on the number of special passengers they carry. Passengers shall apply for and fill an Application Form for Special Passengers when purchasing tickets.

 2. With the Application Form, passengers can apply at airport information counter for wheelchair service 1 hour and 30 minutes before the departure of the flight.
