How the aliens apply for the notarial deed that will be used in China?
Chinese embassy or consulate in foreign countries doesn't accept notarization application from the foreign citizens (including ethnical Chinese with foreign nationality), so aliens should first apply for notarization to concerned authorities in their own countries. Then they take the Notarial Deed to apply for authentication to Chinese embassy or consulate.
Mutual Visa Exemption between China and Qatar
According to Mutual Visa Exemption, Qatar citizens with ordinary passports may stay in China for less than 30 days without visa. Within the 30 days, the Qataris can visit families and friends, conduct a short business trip or travel in mainland China. If intending to remain in China for more than 30 days, or visiting the country for studying or working purpose, a visa should be applied from the Chinese embassy beforehand.
Group Visa to China
Chinese Group Visa is for foreigners who come in tour groups. The biggest difference from other types is that it is issued on a separate paper instead of on the passports. Moreover, all the members of the tour group should enter and exit the Chinese border together. One tour group has at least five people.
Requirements for Applying Chinese Tourist L
Besides the passport and application form, Qatari citizens also need to offer the certificate of financial capability of burdening the expenses. If necessary, the air ticket, train ticket or ship ticket to destination after leaving China is required. For people who come for visiting kin, the invitation letter from their kin should be provided. Please contact Embassy of Qatar in China if Qatari citizens are in troubles there.

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the application process for a tourist visa to Guangzhou, China.
As an Indian national currently residing in Qatar, I am planning to visit Guangzhou for a period of 3 to 5 days as a tourist. Could you kindly advise me on whether I require an invitation from China or if I can apply directly online?
I greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide in this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Thank You

Air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of hotel reservation(already paid), etc.
Or an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity (travel agencies, etc).

Before going, you need to fill in the application form and make an appointment online: cova.mfa.gov.cn

Looking forward your reply.
Thanks

Then make an appointment to submit the requirements at: avas.mfa.gov.cn
On the appointed day, go to China embassy in Doha to lodge the submission.

If we submit the application in the emabssy how many days will take to get visa.

After you submitting all the requirements, it usually takes 4 working days to process the visa.

Kindly let us know how to apply for the chinese visa for (Qatari and lebanon ) passengers for visit and business purposes.
and how to get the visa form from the site. What are the charges for business and the tourist visa fee?
Passenger ( 01 ) Nationally - Qatari
Passenger ( 02 ) Nationally - Lebanon.

You can get an visa application form from cova.mfa.gov.cn. It is hard to find the fee in Qatar. However, in Lebanon visa center, it costs USD 30 for a single-entry visa and the service fee is USD 44.4.
