Afterwards, we will head to the Bhaktapur Durbar Square with a comfortable car ride. Here exquisite pagodas, carvings and architecture dot every street and lane. You can see the Nyatapola Temple, the tallest temple of Nepal. Then the Hindu Dattatreya Temple guarded by two vigorous Vishnus in its front awaits your visit. Day 3 Kathmandu - Patan - Kathmandu
Today we will visit the Swayambhunath Stupa. This is a magnificent Buddhist pagoda which has been standing quietly on the hilltop in west Kathmandu for over 2000 years. With more than 300 stone steps, the temple is a great place for visitors to get a panoramic view of the scenic Kathmandu Valley. Both sides of the steps are a paradise for monkeys. Hence, it is also known as Monkey temple. While ascending the steps, you can see a lot of monkeys playing with each other and getting food from visitors. Then we will go for a stroll around the distinctive Kathmandu Durbar Square. Full of ancient temples, plus the imperial architectural complex of the old Malla dynasty, the square never fails to impress first time visitors with its intricate wood carvings and rich history. We will visit the three-storey Kumari Temple (also called as "Temple of the Living Goddess"), and have a photo stop at two Hindu temples: the Taleju Temple and the Kal Bhairav.

In the afternoon we will continue our Kathmandu package to the Boudhanath Stupa, which is believed to be the biggest circular Buddhist pagoda in the world. Then a short drive will take us to the Patan Durbar Square. Large numbers of stunning ancient architectures were intensively built in the square, giving this place its reputation as an open-air museum. Here you will be guided to the Golden Temple. As its name indicates, the Golden Temple is glittering and dazzling under brilliant sunshine due to the golden appearance. After the visits, we will drive you back to your hotel.
