Price

1. For children whose height is under 120cm, the main entrance is free of charge. It is recommended that you purchase attraction insurance at the ticket window, which costs CNY 3 per child. Additionally, you can buy tickets for the Bailong Elevator and One-way Tianzishan Cableway at half the original price on the spot.

Price Includes

1. Admission ticket, Eco Bus and attraction insurance in both packages. The tickets are valid for 4 days, allowing you multiple entries to the sightseeing spots and rides on the eco-bus. During this period, you can visit Huangshizhai, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, Yuanjiajie, Shilihualang, and other attractions.
2. One-way Cableway or one-way Bailong Elevator in the package with transporation.
3. The Tianzishan Cableway is valid only on the selected visiting date. No refund will be issued if not used on that day. It is for single - way use only.
4. The Bailong Elevator is valid only on the selected visiting date. No refund will be given if not used on the specified day.

2. Yangjiajie Cableway: CNY76 for single-way
3. Shili Gallery train ticket: CNY38 per single way; CNY67 for round way

How to Book and Use

1. Ticket Validity: 4 days. Your first entry must be at the selected gate and time slot. Please note: The one-way cableway and elevator are only valid on your chosen visit date.
2. Bring your passport for booking verification. On-site staff will assist you with facial registration, which remains valid for four days.
3. Important Note: The new policy requires visitors to schedule their next park entry only after their first ticket has been verified -- this applies to all subsequent entries. Therefore, if you plan to revisit the park on another day, you must make an appointment with the staff on-site after your first entry is verified.

Cancellation and Refund

1. Free Change & Cancellation before ticket is issued.
2. After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3. No refund for cancellations made one day before the visiting time.

5. Some scenic spots within or included in the National Park may be temporarily closed due to renovations or unfavorable weather conditions, which may restrict tourist access. Please note that in such cases, the site will not provide prior notification or issue refunds. Additionally, all tickets are non-refundable once they have been verified for entry.

How to get to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park?

Take a bus from Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station to Wulingyuan. The bus is available before 18:00 every day and runs 40 minutes on the way.
You can also take a taxi from downtown Zhangjiajie to there, which may cost you CNY 60 to 100.
