How to Travel from Baicheng Airport to Xianghai Nature Reserve
1. Intercity Bus
After taking a taxi or airport shuttle bus to Baicheng Coach Station which is opposite to the railway station, tourists can take a bus to Xianghai Natural Reserve. The bus has only one each day departing at 14:00. The travel time is about 1h 50 minutes and the fare of ticket is CNY 28.
2. Train + Bus
After arriving at Baicheng Railway Station, take a train to Tongyu County at first. The trains operate from 07:30 to 23:00 with 10 schedules each day. The journey time is about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The ticket fare is CNY 13.5 – 15.5/person for hard seat, CNY 59. 5 – 61.5/person for hard sleeper seat and CNY 90.5 – 92.5/person for soft sleeper seat.
Then walk to the opposite Tongyu Coach Station. Taking a bus to Xianghai Nature Reserve. Buses leaving for the natural reserve depart at 07:15, 08:30, 09:50, 11:00, 12:10, 12:35, 14:30 and 15:00. The fare is CNY 10/person and the duration is about 1.5 hours.
