The Border City with Myanmar
Located in the west of Yunnan Province, Ruili is subordinate to Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture with Dai and Jingpo Nationalities as the main ethnic groups. It is a land port city which is the closest to the South Indian Ocean in China. Moli Rainforestation Nature Park
The main landscape of the park mainly features the tropical rain forests vegetation and a spectacular waterfall. It's said that this was the bathing pool built by the wild elephant for the Buddha. Jiele Golden Pagoda
Built in the 17th century, the Jiele Golden Pagoda is composed of a main pagoda with 16 small ones. The main pagoda is 39.5 meters (129.6 feet) high and cone-shaped with the body built of the golden tiles. The other cone-shaped pagodas are painted with gold powder. There are wind bells at the top of each pagoda. This pagoda is one of the most famous pagodas in Southeast Asia. What’ more, a 3-day long Buddha fair will be held during the annual Water-sprinkling Festival from April 12th to 15th every year.

The best time to visit Ruili Yunnan is from October to April when it is the dry season of Ruili. The climate of Ruili is divided into the dry season and wet season.
