Does single visit mean i can't apply for China anymore?
And can i apply in july but the starting date will be october?

The earliest time to apply is three months ahead of your travel, so you can submit the application in July. A single entry means you can enter China with the visa for only once, but you can apply again after it expires.

Do both of us need a Visa?
Hello, I am Armenian and I need to go to China for a competition. There is another person with me who will be one of the judges of that competition. Do both of us need a Visa? If so, which type will that be and what documents will be required?

Is another person Armenian? If so, both of you can enjoy visa exemption as Armenian citizens can stay in China for no more than 90 days every 180 days without visa.
