Regulations for Chinese Travel Document
a. Chinese citizens come to North Korea for a short period for visiting kins, sightseeing and business, and their passports are lost, stolen or damaged.
b. Chinese citizens who are in there illegally and whose passports have expired.
c. Chinese Citizens of HKSAR and Macao SAR come temporarily and they don't hold Home-Visiting Certificate.
d. Taiwan compatriots not holding of mainland Re-entry Permit for Taiwan Compatriots go to mainland for the purpose of visiting family, tour and business.
2. Required Documents
a. A completely filled Passport/Travel Permit/Seafarer's Passport/Entry Permit Application Form of the PRC.
b. If available, the valid passport held by applicants when they enter North Korea and the copy of pages of personal information.
c. Three recent passport size photos.
