M Visa Application
I need to apply for the M Visa at the Durban Chinese Consulate, this needs to be done asap, is the consulate open for business?
I have an invitation letter from chinese government and plans have been made for me to enter the country. Is getting an M Visa possible at this time?

As far as I know, the visa center in Durban is still closed. If you are in emergency, you can contact the embassy to see what to do.

Legalization of Documents
How can I have my documents authenticated by the Chinese Embassy at this stage? All docs have been legalized by DIRCO already.

Location, Borders reopen and courier of passport
1) Is the Chinese Consulate in Cape Town still in Rhodes Ave, or has it moved to 1 Thibault on Long street Cape Town?
2) Can I courier my passport to the COnsulate to have the visa done or do I have to go in to do my visa?
3) Are the Chinese borders starting to open?

If you want to process a visa, you should go to the Chinese visa center in Cape Town. Address: 20th Floor, 1 Thibault Square, Long Street, Cape Town

You have to go to the office to do your visa.

China does not seem to start open at present.
