Four of us intend to take the train from Lhasa to Xining or to Chengdu, the fast train is T24. Is T24 departing Lhasa DAILY?

The train T24 departs every two days.

I am very interested in going to Qinghai Province and onwards, I am travelling alone, would this be recommended?
