Unfortunately, your itinerary definitely requires a Chinese tourist (L) visa obtained in advance because you will transit through two Chinese transit zones (Beijing and Shanghai) in a row. This is eligible only for transits with duration shorter than 24 hours and that is not your case.

I think the Disneyland Park is the best choice. Cruising on the Huangpu River and visiting the Yu Garden can also be very enjoyable.

You do not qualify for 72 or 144 hours transit without visa, and you must either get a visa in advance or change your plans. You are only permitted to move around Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, but Huangshan is in Anhui province.

In case that you are Argentine citizen and that you intend to fly nonstop flights between Tokyo and Shanghai and Shanghai and Dubai, you are perfectly eligible for 144 hours visa free transit. Please, just keep in mind to have your documentation, i.e. plane tickets and accommodation booking in printed form.
