Are individuals allowed to visit Jiuzhaigou Valley without a tour guide as of now, Sep 2023?

Travel in jiuzhai Valley and huanglong.

Hello, i have some questions.
1. What is the last time for night bus from Chengdu to the valley? Which station?
2. Which hotel will b good if i visit 1st day in the valley and 2nd day in huanlong?
3. After visiting huanlong at 2nd day, how i will go back to airport by cheap price?
4. Last flight to chengdu from huanlong airport.

1. The last bus departs at 19:10 from Chadianzi Bus Station which can be an overnight one. The fare is CNY 157 by the way.
2. You may consider the Sheraton JZG Resort Hotel. It is about 2.6 miles (4.2 km) from the Jiutong Bus Station. You can take a bus to Huanglong from Jiutong Bus Station. The buses are available at 6:30 and 7:00.
3. To the airport, you may take a shuttle bus for CNY 22. Or you may take a taxi for around CNY 180.
4. The last flight departs at 23:55.

Do you have any web link regarding night bus to JZG park?
Also do you know at what time it in the morning, and also where? Is it at the park entrance or should we take another bus?

Well, the website doesn't have English version. The bus trip takes around 9 hours and arrive at JZG County Bus Station (not the one near park entrance). For your convenience, you are suggested to change another coach in the morning.

Is park entrance fee and bus fare good for one or two days in JZG? What are the fees for JZG and for Huanglong?
Is it easy to get taxi to & from JZG town to the park & what is approx. fare?

If you refer to the sightseeing bus, it is only valid on the issue day. So is the entrance fee. It costs CNY220 per person. The entrance fee for Huanglong is CNY200. It is generally easy enough to hail a taxi or hire a private car from the town/county to the valley and the single trip costs CNY80 or around.

Without knowing your departing site, I can just give you the general suggestion. You can fly from New York or Los Angeles to Beijing first. Then transfer to another flight to JZG. After landing, you can take the shuttle bus or take a taxi to the valley.
