The first thing to do in April of Bangkok is no doubt having fun in the Songkran Festival and the top places to go including Khaosan Road for water-splashing activity, Silom Road also famous for music and dances, and Erawan Shrine to make wishes towards the four-faced Buddha. 

Another interesting thing to do is visiting the distinctive floating markets like Damnoen Saduak and Amphawa Floating Markets. 

Coming to Bangkok, you should also not miss other must-visits like the royal palace Grand Palace, the ancient capital Ayutthaya. A leisurely cruise over the Chao Phraya River is a romantic thing to do if traveling together with your lover.
