She also provided many interesting facts about the history of the locations and guided us to quieter areas to take better photos. She was an amazing guide and I cannot praise her enough. Unfortunately, the first day of my tour was cancelled due to weather concerns, however TravelChinaGuide fully refunded that day of the tour as well as organising tickets for me so that I could explore the locations myself. Further to this, the Mutianyu section of the wall was sadly closed however the Badaling section was extraordinary and definitely not a wasted visit. Thank you Helen and thank you TravelChinaGuide. Matthew BA brilliant tour with Helen to see the Great Wall, square, and forbidden city.Helen took us on a wonderfully tour and was very informative and really taught us a lot of interesting things about the sights we visited and Chinese history and culture. I do not speak the language but Helens English was amazing. So was a breeze for all of us to understand. It was really great to see a few of the major sites in around Beijing and even when the great wall was closed because of rain and slips Helen had reorganized a special trip out there the very next day. Ayden PAmazing sights and a rich historyAs the first chapter to my time in China, I was thoroughly excited to see what Beijing had to offer and I was not disappointed. Barry, the tour guide, was extremely friendly and accommodated to all of my family's needs. During this trip, we visited famous landmarks such as the forbidden city, Great wall of China and the Summer palace. The vibrant views were accompanied by a rich history, narrated clearly by Barry. She was very good humoured with a great personality. She had in-depth knowledge of the sights and continuously monitored that our group was following and ok. The places she suggested on both days for food had a wide variety of tasty dishes. Her energy, enthusiasm and joy made our two days in Beijing very special.

Our guide Celine was just perfect, she took care always everything about us and she is very good prepared, we got from her always very good information about all the places we were, she has a big culture and speak very good english, thankyou Celine for a nice experience.

We were arriving by overnight train from Beijing and the company gave very clear meeting instructions and stored our luggage for the day. Carol, our guide, spoke impeccable English, was kind and funny, knew all the spots to take good photos at the terrace cottage warriors, and answered all questions knowledgeably. Overall couldn’t rate this tour highly enough.

This company was great both the driver and the guide Roger, made visiting all the incredible sites Xi'an has to offer easy. Considering it is peak season with crowds of holiday makers it's a credit to them that they achieved this. I highly recommend this company it's tour guides and drivers they go out of their way to make sure everything you hope to see and do is done.

The tour was well-paced and thoughtfully organised, making it easy for our family to enjoy the highlights of the city in a single day. Highly recommended.

Emily and Lily went out of their way to help us and making sure trip continues without any disruption. It could very easily have been a nightmare but it didn’t.
Laura was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Lily was knowledgeable, resourceful and caring. Rose was fun, knowledgeable and bubbly. We visited Great Wall, forbidden city, Tina men square, bhudist temple, old city, jade factory, aerobics show, Olympic village in Beijing. Laura was a great host.
In X’ian it was Muslim quarter, grand mosque, terracotta warriors, old city wall. Lily was amazing.
In Shanghai we did museum, yu garden, river cruise and traditional lunch. Rose was great guide. Less

We learned a lot when visiting Zhujiajiao, Yu Garden, and about the European quarter while on the river cruise. Based on traveler reviews- Ayden PInformative and beautifulGuilin was a very beautiful experience. Our guide, Arthur, was very informative and knew about all the local landmarks and cuisines. Most importantly, he was very friendly and accomodating and this made the trip very enjoyable. We were able to view beautiful landmarks such as Elephant Hill as well as key geological attractions during the river cruise. The beautiful sights combined with am informed guide made this trip one to remember.

Samantha, our guide, was passionate about the area and the people and gave us lots of information and recommendations for food and a spectacular evening show on the river.
The Li River cruise was definitely a highlight of our holiday.

Some reviews I had read earlier had made me question whether this cave was worth it but we really enjoyed it. All in all, we enjoyed our time in Guilin tremendously thanks to Kim, he is a very friendly, knowledgeable local guide. We are glad we went with China Travel Guide, everything was perfect. Less

Curious640663Bella was fantastic!We had a wonderful holiday in Chengdu. In addition to delicious food, we were able to get up close to many gone pandas and visited an active archeological site. Bella was very kind and knowledgeable, and provided white glove service throughout. Our 8 year old son Bodhi loved Bella and hopes to keep in touch. Highly recommend.
