Amiel GPerfect way to enjoy Beijing highlightsWe went on this tour together with our 7-month old son. Rocky was really helpful during the tour with assistance with the buggy and was really knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We really enjoyed ourselves. The communication was clear, the guide was punctual and knows his history with the right amount of humour. The tour exceeded our expectations, perfect way to see the Beijing highlights in a day.

Everything was perfectly organized and on time, including pick-up and transitions between stops. Helen was thoughtful and attentive to everyone in our group of 15. He was careful, respectful, kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to help them. He treated them with deference and respect as one would their grandparents. He was knowledgeable of Xian and it's history but it was his personal attention that made him outstanding. We nominate Roger, for best tour guide in China!
Thomas RPerfect days with our Guide Carol in Xi'anOn our tour through China, we arrived in Xi’an from Beijing by train, where Carol from Travelchina Guide was already waiting for us with a sign! We had the chance to visit the Terracotta Army and other major attractions with Carol and our driver! Carol had extensive knowledge, explained everything to us, and we had a great time with her! Additionally, Carol gave us great tips and even organized a dinner theater show for us! Thank you, Carol, we would definitely do another tour with you anytime!

The lunch is not include but the guide will get you to a local restaurant for you to eat and help you to order. There was water provided during the tour which was very helpful (beautiful day but hot and dry, make sure to check the weather and bring all necessities for your comfort). Trip14390373219A memorable holiday in Beijing and XianMy family and I, all six of us, organized a private tour of Beijing and Xian through Travel China Guide in April 2025. The whole trip was well planned and we had two experienced and wonderful tour guides, with Linda in Beijing followed by Roger in Xian. Besides the many stories on the history of china, they were very helpful and patient throughout the whole journey. We all had a memorable time and highly recommend going through them again

Freddy YTravel China Guide private tour of ShanghaiThe Shanghai portion of our Travel China Guide tour was fast paced and guided by Sophie Lee who was outstanding. Sophie’s knowledge and experience of Shanghai were excellent. She took great care of the two of us which allowed use to maximize our time. As our private guide, Sophie was a strong advocate for us whatever and wherever we went. Her English was very good and always explained our itinerary in detail. Her driver and the van were also very good.
TravelGnomesDay trip to Zhujiajiao Water TownWe took a day tour from Shanghai to Zhujiajiao with Sasa as our tour guide. She was amazing and very knowledgeable about the culture and history of Shanghai and its surroundings.
The Water Town is touristy and quite crowded with tourists groups and school groups. There is a central canal that you walk along with boat rides as an option. We visited two private gardens - lovely Chinese architecture and landscaping and blissful to escape the tourist crowds. They are smaller than Yu Gardens in Shanghai but I enjoyed them much more due to the peace and tranquility.
The shops are all touristy but interesting to see the various wares. Overall I felt it was a touristy visit. Sasa was so helpful and went in her own time to get Bund cruise tickets for us as we had trouble booking online.
We found all our various tour guides very helpful and flexible. I highly recommend using this travel company for whichever tour you decide upon. Less- Dawid SShort stay in ShanghaiHad the pleasure of enjoying a short stay in Shanghai with our guide Sophie. She spoke excellent English and made sure every group member was taken care of, making sure we had opportunities for things such as bathroom breaks and explaining how to get around Shanghai. I also appreciated her perspective on how it is living in Shanghai today as a young professional.

AxeletsharonAwesome Cruise with great guideThe weather was excellent and we add an exceptional and beautiful cruise on the river. Our guide (Joanne) and driver were also very good, we did some extra activities after the boat such as cycling. The cruise is a must do when you visit China, the scenery are wonderful, the food on board is not great (take snacks) and drinks very expensive. This is a unique visit that worth the trip to Guilin.
Freddy YTravel China Guide private tour of GuilinOur Travel China Guide tour in Guilin/Yangshuo was outstanding not only due to the incredible views but also because of our local guide Samantha. She was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us. Samantha made sure we maximize our time with all the information and experience of the area which included a visit to an elderly village couple. It was obvious that Samantha cared about this couple and we enjoyed sharing our time with them. The driver was very good as well.- OSCARFC FAmazing. To come back again with Travel China-Guide.We spent eight days with Tom Wu. The trip was perfect. Both the organization and the guide, Tom, along with the organizers Amy and Seline, provided us with all the information we needed to learn about Guanxy's history, its culture, its people, and its current way of life. We will definitely return to China with them, and it will be the third time!!!!!!!.
- sofia_gantGreat experience!We had a lovely experience with our guide Qiuyan Li and our driver. Our guide was well experienced and she gave us lots of insights not only with respect to the beautiful landscapes, but also about the chinese culture and about their costumes.
We spent another day with our guide visiting also the rice terraces and it was definitely worth it!!

Marco SBeautiful tour and amazing guide!I stayed in Guilin with my wife for 2 nights. Our guide, Qiuyan Li, was amazing! She took us to see the rice fields on the first day and on a cruise along the Li River on the second day. On both occasions, she gave us lots of information about the history and interesting facts of the sites, as well as very useful tips on less-crowded spots to enjoy the scenery and grab a meal!
Qiuyan Li and our driver were really kind to us — it felt like taking a tour with family.
