This boy is called Chun Yi (pure one) and was sent to a Buddhist temple to be a monk at a young age. Initially, the young monk had a hard time getting used to the strict discipline of the temple until he became interested in the unbelievable power of Kung Fu. From then on he worked hard on Kung Fu and made great achievements on the way to growing up. However, the young Chun Yi could not restrain his natural desire to chase a young beauty, so he suffered great regret and losing his way to self-cultivation. Chun Yi punished himself severely and finally returned to the way of seeking enlightenment. At the end of the Beijing Kung Fu show, Chun Yi is praised for being a great Buddhist master of Chinese Kung Fu.

This Chinese Kungfu Show, consisting of six scenes, is presented by a group of marvelous Kung Fu practitioners from all over China. The average age of these practitioners is only 17 years old, but they have studied Chinese Kung Fu for many years. During the 80-minute show, the actors do not speak but present all Kung Fu, dance and acrobatics. The Kung Fun Legend creatively unifies Chinese traditional arts and modern dance, which is a must-see in this city for travelers and Kung Fu enthusiasts.

In order to offer audience a unique impression, the two-storied Red Theater Beijing has taken a series of innovations on stage scenery, acoustics and lights. Above the stage, there is an electronic screen displaying the show's subtitles in English. After the show, audience can also take photos with the main actors.

First, walk about 5 minutes to Stadium station where you can take the bus No.6. Then get off at Guozi Lane station. Then walk about 15 minutes to your hotel. The whole ride needs about 50 minutes or so and costs CNY2.

If you take a taxi, it costs around CNY15.
Or take bus 41/60 to Chongwenmen Xi and you will see the hotel. It costs CNY2.
Subway is not suggested, since you need to walk for almost 20mins in that case.
