Visa Application

Citizens of Vanuatu holding ordinary passport are required to apply for a China visa at the Embassy before they go to China. The diplomatic and official passport holders can enter and stay in China for no more than 30 days without applying for a visa.

Citizens of Vanuatu can stay in Hong Kong, China for no more than 90 days visa-free.

I will arrive from Noumea to Port Vila on the 11th of july 2016 until the 14 th of july.

I need a single entry visa for my business travel in PRC, from the 24th of july 2016 to the 30th of july 2016.

I have already filled in the form V.2013, I will come with photo and passport.

Anything else? will I get my entry permit in time?

Bernard, you also need to provide copy of your passport, and an invitation letter from your business partner in PRC.
After you submit the application, 4 working days are needed to process it. So if you apply for it now, it’s possible for you to get it in time.
