Transit to third country, with the same start and end (4th/5th) country - is visa needed?
Dear, is the route Belgium - Beijing - Hong Kong - Belgium eligible for the 114h visa-free transit?
I can't find an example of a same start and end point.
I'll leave on the 6th day (or 5th day if counted as from "day 2" of arrival) from Beijing to Hong kong.

Update for my question: The flight from Brussels (Belgium) to Beijing is with a layover in Hong Kong for about 1-2h.
Answered by Saul | Aug. 07, 2019 07:42

You need a visa or different flights. The relevant part of your itinerary is Hong Kong-Beijing-Hong Kong which means you’re not in transit at Beijing.

Is it ok to have 72 or 144 hrs transit visas on both ways?
We (German family living in Japan) are planning to fly from Japan to Bali, stopping over 3 days in Bejing and stopping over 2 days in Shanghai on the way back on a transit visa. Is this possible and what is the right visa(s) to apply for? Thank you!

International to International transfer at Beijing Capital Airport
I will arrive from EWR to PEK (Air China) going to DEL(Air China) to AMD(Air India) My luggage will be checked through to Pek or Del? Do I go to the transfer desk after I arrive? I have a 5 hour layover, will I get a chance to grab a bite to eat at the airport such as McDonald's ( do they take foreign credit cards at the airport)?

Yes, your luggage will be transferred to the final destination. You need to go to the trasnfer desk. The transfer time is enough. Don't worry. As I know, the restaurants at the airport accept credit cards.

Don’t worry! Your time is enough!

If I take a train, how much time do I need to get from PEK airport to the train station?
Answered by Michell from DENMARK | Feb. 13, 2018 19:24

First of all, you are suggested to take a bullet train from Beijing West Railway Station to Wuhan. Then for the time to west station, take shuttle bus line 7 directly to the station, and it takes about 1h.
Answered by MICHELLED0505 | Feb. 13, 2018 20:03

Thanks. What is the better travel option?
Answered by Kina | Feb. 14, 2018 00:37

I suggest you take a plane to Wuhan directly. Shuttle bus line 7 to the West Station, where the high speed trains to Wuhan are available, may take much longer if there is traffic jam.
