• No change and cancellation fee for a minimum 12 hours written notice. Full refund is guaranteed.
• For urgent cancellation 2-12 hours before arrival, USD10.00 per vehicle shall be charged. No-show or cancellation within 2 hours, will result in a penalty of full payment.
• For urgent change within 2 hours, please do make a call to your booking operator along with the email notification.
• Full payment is mandatory upon your confirmation. We do accept payment by PayPal (credit cards via PayPal), Western Union and wire transfer.
• The listed transfer rates are quoted based on the centrally located hotel in the downtown area. If your own booked hotel is in a distance away from downtown, the extra charge will be incurred.
• All our vehicles have full auto insurance coverage, formal license and operation permit. They are clean, air-conditioned and well-maintained.
• Every vehicle has sufficient leg and wiggle room. We make allowances for every passenger to bring one handbag and one standard-sized suitcase. Each handbag must not exceed 20×40×55 centimeters (8×16×22 inches) and each suitcase should not exceed 40×60×100 centimeters (16×24 ×39 inches) in size. It is important to select appropriate vehicle in order to accommodate the total number of bags your party have.
• The listed airport/train station standard transfer rates are applicable from 08:00 to 22:00. Any arrival or departure outside the time prescribed, a surcharge of USD10.00 per vehicle for each transfer applies.
• The listed full-day car rental service is usually available within 8 hours. If you ask for an extended period, please contact us for pricing.
• Our driver will check the status of your flight/train arrival ahead of scheduled pick-up. If there is any change, please inform us in good time, so that we can adjust the arrangements for you.
• In case the selected vehicle is booked out, we shall be entitled to change another vehicle of similar model at the same price.
• Our drivers can not speak English, but they dedicate professionals, commit to offering qualified service with courtesy. Our English hotline support stays open for you at any time.

  I am supposed to arrive at the airport at 14:00, what if my flight delays? Will your driver wait for me at the airport? Any extra fees?
  If unfortunately your flight delays, please make a phone call to inform us when possible. Our driver can wait for you at the airport for 2 hours free of charge.

  We are on a connecting flight, what if I miss my connecting flight and need to change to a new one? Is there any fee for your driver to pick me up for another flight?
  Please do let us know the change by phone and email to make sure we get your new flight information in time. If we get the info before the driver sets out, we can rearrange the airport pick up for you free of charge. If the driver has already left for the airport, we may still wait for you at the airport for free for 2 hours. After that, there will be an extra charge of USD10.00 net per hour for the waiting time. And if it is more than 5 hours, you need to pay for a second time airport pick-up service.

  What is your office working time? Our flight lands in Beijing at 23:20, how can I reach you if there is any change?
  Our working time is from 07:00 to 22:00 every day. For the urgent change, please dial your booking operator's mobile phone.

  Can I hire an English-speaking driver?
  We are sorry that none of our drivers speak English. We will let them know the pick-up/drop-off time and your destinations in advance.

  How could I choose a proper vehicle for our party?
