Harbin Taiping International Airport is located about 33 kilometers (21 miles) northwest of Harbin City.

Brief Intro:

Harbin Airport, formerly named Yanjiagang Airport, was built in 1979 and began serving as an International airport in 1984. Having expanded during 1994-1997, it is currently equipped under the 4E standards and is capable of handling 6,000,000 passengers every year. 

 With the implement of 72 hours visa-free transit facility at Harbin Airport on August 1st of 2015, visitors from 51 qualified countries do not need visas when in transit via this airport for less than 72 hours.

It is divided into two linked terminals, International and Domestic. It is the second largest airport in northeastern China at present and caters for approximate 50 domestic and international routes. It serves more than 30 tourist destinations within China including: Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Xi'an and Hong Kong, etc. Cities within America, Russia, Korea, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia can also be reached by scheduled flights. In September 2006, six new international airline routes opened, to Frankfurt, London, Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York; via transfers in Beijing, and, with the exception of San Francisco, all are scheduled daily flights.

 By taxi: Taxi is also available at the airport. It costs about CNY130-150 from Harbin airport to Harbin railway station and a bit than CNY100  to the city center area. You can try to bargain the price with the taxi driver.

Upon landing, take airport shuttle bus line 3 and get off at Central Street Bus Stop. Then walk north around 300 meters to find the destination.

Are there shuttle buses from Harbin central station to Taiping Airport around 5 am?
We will leave Taiping Airport at 7:15 am.
Are there shuttle buses from Central station to Taiping Airport around 5 am?
We heard that there is one shuttle bus at 5:10 am from the railway station to the airport, we are not sure.

We will stay at Kunlun hotel near Central railway station.

As I know, you can take the airport shuttle bus from the Main Railway Station to the airport directly. The operating hours are from 04:30 to 21:00 every 20min.

I see the airport shuttle bus stops at

Is this the route flow?
Which stop is central street ? Is it Xuanhua Jie ?

Do you refer to airport shuttle bus line 3?
Only bus line 3 can reach Central Street Nowadays. And the name of the bus stop is Zhong Yang Da Jie (Central Street).

Take airport shuttle bus line 3 to Central Street Station. Then walk northeast around 400 meters to find Factory Street. Upon arrival, you can easily find the boarding site based on the detailed English signs at the airport. Don't worry.

Arriving at 7.30 PM in Harbin by plane. My hotel is near at Zhaolin st and Shitoudao st in Downtown
What shuttle bus line should I take? Do I need to transfer to a second bus? Which bus stop should I get off and walk?

It is advised to take airport shuttle us to Harbin Railway Station first. Then walk north around 900 meters to get to Zhaolin Street.
