Harbin North Railway Station is about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from Ice and Snow World, 18 kilometers (11 miles) from Harbin Railway Station, 22 kilometers (13.6 miles) from West Railway Station, 27 kilometers (16.7 miles) from East Railway Station, and 50 kilometers (31 miles) from Taiping International Airport.

As a major station of Harbin – Qiqihar High Speed Railway, North Train Station has bullet trains to/from Tianjin, Dalian, Changchun, Shenyang, Qiqihaer, Daqing, Mudanjiang, and Suifenhe. Normal trains have stopped service.

  Ice and Snow World
Take subway line 2 to get there directly.

 Harbin Railway Station
Get to the station by subway line 2 in about 30 minutes.

 West Train Station
Take subway line 2 to People's Square station, and then transfer to subway line 3 to the destination.

 East Train Station
Take subway line 2 and change to line 1 at the Museum station. Finally, get off at the East Station.

 Taiping International Airport
Take the airport shuttle bus directly. It departs between 03:30 and 20:10 every 40 minutes. Duration is 2 hours and ticket fare is CNY 20 per person.
  Ticket Office
The ticket office is located at the east side of the first floor. There are 12 ticket windows in service for passengers to purchase, refund or change tickets. An LED screen showing the latest ticket information can be found inside the ticket office and the information is updated in real time.

 Waiting Hall
Both 1F and 2F have waiting areas. Toilets and hot drinking water are provided inside the waiting hall.

 Information Inquiry Machines
Four Information inquiry machines are provided in the station for passengers to search for train schedule, latest ticket information and the nearby bus information. Two of them are located inside the ticket office on 1F and another 2 are inside the waiting hall.
