I feel so happy to share my booking experience. I booked a few tickets with TravelChinaGuide. There was no problem during the whole trip. The only thing was I lost my ticket for my last trip. I did not know what to do and then I emailed them. The booking consultant quickly replied me and guided me how to report ticket loss. Finally, I took the train without booking another ticket. They are a responsible team.

We booked 3 high speed trains with Christina, and were really impressed with the service. The process was easy and we got the tickets we wanted, and picking them up from the station was quick and easy without paying more. I will be back to China next year and will work with them again.

We booked the best seat on the train. We bought three business class seat tickets through TravelChinaGuide.com. We thought we could have a special window to collect the paper tickets at train station, however, we do not. We still need wait in the queue to collect the paper tickets. If the staff of train station can be the staff of TravelChinaGuide.com, that will be great, as the booking consultant of TravelChinaGuide is polite and kind to every client. They are offering the best service.

The train booking service is good. The booking consultant always reply our email quickly. The train is fast and clean. The seat is comfortable. But we still have one thing want to complain. Just wish we can use our passports to check in, instead of collecting the paper tickets at train station. It is really boring to collect the paper tickets at train station.

TravelChinaGuide is doing a great job. They always have been helpful. I booked train tickets from Guangzhou South to Hong Kong, but went to wrong train station. I went to Guangzhou station, as this station is the nearest one my hotel. When I arrived there, the station told me I need to go the south station. It is lucky we catch the train at last 5min!
