BIG THANK TO TravelChinaGuide.CanadaPosted on Mar. 23, 2021I traveled last month and like many travelers, I can not speak any Chinese language. I booked my round trip train tickets through TravelChinaGuide and had them delivered to my home. But sadly I found the staff who is in charge of our apartment could not speak or understand English, I was pretty nervous since I could not get my tickets. I called the company and Miss Victoria answered my phone, she talked to the staff and I got my delivery about two minutes later. Good service and very helpful, I will recommend them. ...MoreCanadaPosted on Mar. 09, 2021Booking train tickets online saved much time at the train station. No mandarin skills required and no long queues faced. China train stations were really big and busy. You’d better get to the station at least one hour before to pass through the security, figure out the waiting room and check-in gate, then get on the train and find your seat. Anyway, the service provided by TravelChinaGuide was super good. Many thanks!
