I appreciate your helping hand. It was regret that we lost our tickets for the last trip back to Beijing. With your guidance, we got the new tickets and had our original seats finally. We cannot imagine how we could do if we cannot get on that train.

My family and I booked our High Speed Train Tickets via Travel China Guide for 5 trips across a few cities in China. Monica from Travel China Guide assisted with my bookings. She is highly efficient and promptly respond to my queries. We are very pleased with the service provided Travel China Guide and we would have no hesitation in using Travel China Guide's services for our future bookings should we visit China again and would highly recommend my friends to their service.

We were also highly impressed with the High Speed Trains and Railway Stations of China. The trains are punctual, clean, efficient and within the railway stations there are clear directions given which was easy to follow.

Overall we enjoyed our visit to China very much, we hoped to visit other cities again in the future and of course will use the services of Travel China Guide again and a special Thank you to Monica and Travel China Guide with your assistance, it is greatly appreciated.

I also like to mention that your website provided us with a lot of very useful information and guides to various attractions which was very helpful.

Thank you for your god job. The hotel staff Mr. Wen gave us the envelope with our train tickets when we checked in. He also helped us to check all the tickets details because it is a group booking with 45tickets in total. Beijing Leo hotel is really a good choice for foreigners as well as your company. You should recommend it to your other clients. I will also recommend you to others.

All steps exceeded my expectations: from booking until taking the seat in the 1st class compartment and being offered a drink.
The booking was smooth but, looking for real details which could still be improved, I would say that using Paypal introduces unnecessary complications and that Paypal is somewhat heavy-handed: it asks redundant questions which are not its business (e.g. "at which address should the goods be delivered") and insists on getting an answer (the field to be filled) else impossible to continue.
Also, the number of cross-checks looked somewhat redundant to me (i.e. excessive): once you got booking confirmation from Paypal, why do you need to ask me for an additional confirmation? The latter introduces an additional complication anyhow: my interactions with Paypal are through gmail (this is written in my .profile file), consequently you may experience some difficulties to receive my re-re-re-confirmation ... which, again, looks rather superfluous to me. Buying whatever through Internet on other Internet sides is much simpler: only the absolute minimum of questions asked, credit card number, quoting the approval code received by SMS - and business concluded within about a minute.
I appreciate the letter you provided "I want to exchange my ticket for a 'real' ticket" in Chinese. May I suggest that you add the following information (in English): "...can be exchanged for the ticket at ANY railway station in China (i.e. not only at the high-speed train station and not necessarily in the departure town)". It took me a short while to verify this once I was in China.
I want to stress that all this are minor details, and that I was quite happy with the reservation/buying procedure, as well as with the entire trip.
    Sincerely, K.K.

We manager to het the train bit the procedure to get the tickets is very difficult. Finding the way to the right ticket office is difficult and afterwards finding the entry is not obvious either. Adding a map might be a good idea!

Really easy to use and clear detailed instructions provided at every step. Can’t recommend this service highly enough, it made our first trip on the bullet train incredibly straightforward. Especially liked the print out to collect the tickets in both English and Chinese.

I don't know how we would sort travelling by train in China for about two weeks without TravelChinaGuide- I booked several trips before landing in China, and then I used Wechat and phone calls along the way to submit my requirements, since I was uncertain how many days to spend in each destination. I would without a doubt recommend booking train tickets with this agency.
