It is really a wise decision to choose the train tickets delivery service. The express envelop was just waiting for me at the hotel reception. I have been worried about the tickets collection at the railway station. The delivery service has saved me from this trouble and a lot of time. TravelChinaGuide is such a reliable agency that I would like to recommend to my other friends in China.

My mother and I decided to take a train from Beijing to Xian one week before the travel date. I booked the tickets through and asked them to deliver the paper tickets to our house. One day later, the delivery called me and gave me the envelope with my train tickets. All the information was is correct. They are really efficient.

We were back to London after the holiday to China. We landed in Beijing, then, visited Xian, Chengdu, Guilin and Shanghai, which is an unforgettable memory. We heard of the so-called coronavirus problem after we back home. We are very sorry about the bad situation in China now. We hope you, your family and friends are all healthy.

The process using your service worked extremely well. It is a pity that China Rail could not provide seats on some trains that I wished to use but that is not your fault and you were very good at providing alternatives. The delivery service worked perfectly. The hotel managed to mislay my booking and then denied having received the tickets but, once I had persuaded them to telephone you, the problem was sorted very quickly as you had delivered the tickets correctly. I would certainly recommend and use your service again....More

I was collapsed when I found my train tickets were thrown out at the hotel. However, Travel China Guide gave me huge help. I got Chinese explanations to show to the train staff I would need to interact with, since I need to buy the tickets again with cash at the station, get documents from the train staff on board, and then get refunds at the arrival station. I was able to get help from the train and station staff and passengers. Everything worked out wonderfully. Thanks to TravelChinaGuide.

The railway staff at Xian railway station was really ridiculous!!! There is a letter "O" in my passport number, the lady behind the computer insisted that it was a number 0. I talked to them but was totally ignored. Have no other choice, I called my operator Ivy and let she talk to that lady. Although I cannot understand Chinese, I can say they had an arguement over the phone. Ivy finally managed to asked for the higher-leveled staff to get this arguement finished. 10min before my train departure, I got my ticket. If I haven't been there early in advance, I would surely miss the train. Ivy was good and I appreciate her help very much....More

We booked all train tickets for our China trip through Travel China Guide without any prior recommendations. We were slightly anxious since we didn't have any precedents, but everything turned out to be better than we expected. They booked our tickets flawlessly and sent us several guides on how to properly catch a train in china. All was helpful and our commutes ran smoothly. Thank you, Travel China Guide!!
