Thank you so much for helping me purchase the train tickets. The overall experience of train in China is really good. The boarding process is quick and pleasant. On review, the only think I would like to remind others is that Z97 train is not totally smoke free. The room area is non-smoking, but it's allow people to smoke between sessions. So, for the whole trip, expect to smell the 2nd hand smoke.? Food on the train is also all Chinese food, so, if need different kind of food, better prepare and bring onto the train. Over all, I have great experience with train, and especially with purchase process. I really appreciate all of your help....More

I was very happy with your booking service. The tickets were at my hotel when I arrived. I would highly recommend that travelers to China take a high speed train. You get to experience the sights outside the big cities and you get to see all the cities at the different stops. Although very crowded at the Beijing West station, we made it to our gate very fast. It was easy to locate our train. In the future, I would prefer to print out my tickets at home in advance. That way I would feel more comfortable knowing that i already had my tickets before I left for China....More

I found your company to be the most helpful in my travels. I was dealing with Monica Yuan and she was more than helpful in the month I was in China. Monica even went out her way with questions I had. She gave me addresses and directions in the local language which I found very helpful. I would give your company and Monica ten out of ten. Thank you fro all your help.

I must say, it was great when I got to the window to pick up my train ticket, handed the clerk the document you prepared for me, as well as my passport, he keyed in the ticketing number and my passport number, then it printed my train ticket. I was in a short time frame, only 50 minutes till my train departure, but with the rapid ticketing, I made it to the platform with time to spare. I appreciate your service. I will recommend to my other colleagues. Thank you very much.
