It was a pleasure to work with Travelchinaguide. They obtained all my 10 tickets for my long itinerary. For my round trip of Harbin – Shanghai, we were grateful as the tickets were really hard to get. I would definitely use this efficient team again for my next trip.

I booked several train tickets with this company, and I had to cancel two of the trips due to some bad news from my family. They again helped me with the cancellation and offered me a refund as they promised. I cannot praise this company highly enough for their fantastic service, speed and accuracy of communication and all round customer care.
