Now I am home from my trip in China, I like to thank for very good cooperation.

TCG made a very good job, and if I will travel in China in the future, I will try you again.

The trip from Beijing to Hong Kong was perfect, with check in, wait groom, hospitality onboard etc.

Having our tickets delivered to our hotel was well worth it. So, I highly suggest getting that service when booking with you, especially if you have a busy schedule.

I would suggest taking a taxi to the station, since there are a few railway stations in Hong Kong and it's so much easier to take a taxi. The driver will drop you off right where you need to check in, so it's very convenient, more so than having to take a subway and having to figure out from there. Taxis are cheap, so it's well worth it. The railway station in Hong Kong is very nice they have shops and restaurants. I was suggested by locals to bring food because the food there isn't very good, also bring water. So bring enough to last you through your journey. They do sell coffee and tea and they have free boiled water which you could use if you bring some instant noodles where you can pour water. The station does have a good bakery shop, so we bought some rolls for breakfast and to snack on. For a 24 hour trip, I would highly suggest to book a hard sleeper or soft sleeper. Hard sleeper is an open cabin but it's relatively quiet in hallways plus. Its lights turn out at 10, so you can sleep very well on this trip. Also make the booking early in advance so you can get the beds.

Bring toilet paper as the bathrooms do tend to run out of TP and be prepared to squat no sitting toilets except if you book soft sleeper. But you can easily walk to the area where they have regular toilets just depending which cart number your in. Toilets do get dirty fast, so it's better to have squatting toilets anyway. You don't check in your luggage you will have it with you, there is room under the beds to place luggage. Upon arrival, it took us a while to find ATM accepted visa , once you get out of the station, just walk left and there will be a bank that accepts ATM visa cards. It's about a 10 - 15 minute walk or have dollars to exchange which any bank will be happy to exchange. Or better yet have RMB when you arrive. There are plenty of ATM machines in china that accept American debit cards with visa logo. It's just when getting out of the station area that the banks surrounding the station doesn't.

It was great to be able to call and ask questions as TCG arose. Train was fine, it was not crowded due to the time of year so I had the entire deluxe sleeper to myself. I highly recommend a deluxe sleeper as bathroom is only shared with one other room. In my situation I had the entire room and toilet to myself. I highly recommend this travel service, it's great to be able to reach a live person 24 hours a day with the great telephone service. They were very fast to resolve any issues and to contact for questions or concerns. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future....More

I was actually a little worried about taking the train because of all the things I thought could go wrong...I was wrong. The booking and getting on the train at Beijing West couldn’t have gone smoother. Thank you.

Everything was very smooth and fine. Excellent train and good service. We presented the voucher and had no problems to pick up the tickets in the station. It was our second booking with you and we are looking forward to the next time.
