We selected the tickets delivery service as we didn’t want to use our vacation time waiting in lines at the train station. It was nice to have the paper tickets in hand in advance. It was quite worth to pay only USD7 to have the tickets being delivered beforehand. Thanks for your easy online booking and superb service.

It was convenient to travel by train in China. Foreign passengers would not need to collect paper tickets any more. The staff in the station just scanned the passport and allowed check-in. Trains were punctual and the stations were modern and spacious. I would rather take a train than a flight for it was really comfortable.

I and my wife could not make this trip to China due to the visa problem, which is very upsetting. We will come to China again after everything settled well next time. Thanks for cancelling our tickets in time and refund us payment in time.

Best wishes to you all! We have a wonderful trip in China this month. We receive all paper tickets at our hotel in Xian and email about the travel tips. The booking procedure was easy to understand. TCG is a suitable agency to work with for travelers who can't speak or read Chinese.
