We booked our train ticket with some reservations as booking online poses a lot of problems. We were so wrong. We were given emails telling us about the tickets and these were waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. Boarding the train was quite easy, very unlike what we were led to expect. The train seats were very comfortable and the train ride was fantastic— smooth, fast and uneventful. I have no hesitation in recommending your service

We’re looking forward to making cooperation with travel china guide next time. You’re so nice to us. Owing to some personal reason, we have to cancel my trip in china. We called you and you reply us soon. Then you offered us a full refund. Many thanks to travel china guide.

You have been very helpful to me. Appreciate it! All the train routes went well except Shanghai/Suzhou and the return. We had to change our tickets and the train staff told us there was a refund, but I didn’t get any refund back. Wish we can get it soon.

I recently booked a train ticket from Shanghai to Suzhou in your platform. I did some duplicated trips in this order by mistake, but you point it out and give me some usefully information. Thank you for good and fast service!

Our group has many people, but travel china guide delivered all of our tickets to our hotel before we check in and the hotel staff signed in our tickets in advance. What a surprising moment! When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff gave us our tickets. It is too convenient and we hope for another chance to cooperate with travel china guide.

Train service in China is excellent.

I have only been a user in the last year or so and it is far superior to private car.

The only improvement I could suggest is if there was a way we could print off tickets and not need to go to the station first to collect. Thanks you

The tickets were at the hotel when we arrived in Beijing. Unfortunately, we lost our trains tickets when we left the hotel. It is very kind of your guys to contact the hotel, retrieve my tickets in the room and ask the hotel to deliver them to our next hotel in Shanghai. We are very grateful to your staff for being so helpful and so thoughtful, keeping us informed from time to time. Thank you for your assistance anyways.
