The booking was fine and the service was great especially because I accidentally booked the wrong day and your staff was able to cancel the ticket and rebook it for the correct day. It took a little longer to reach me than I expected because I had it delivered to my hotel, but all in all, I am quite happy with the service.

Everything was great. All the instructions were clear and I had no trouble collecting tickets, finding the waiting areas and boarding the trains. All trains were on time. It helped that I’ve used trains in China before, which removed a lot of the mystery when I was there, but I really like the detailed instructions with photographs this was a good reminder for me and I’m sure it will help all first-time users. I will definitely recommended TravelChinaGuide to others!

I booked tickets on your website from Shanghai to Suzhou. The booking procedure online was simple and clear. The information on tickets collection, waiting area and platform information were very helpful.
The ticket confirmation was sent to my gmail email account, but I couldn't access my gmail account in China. Fortunately I took a picture of my laptop screen of the ticket confirmation. I had quite a lot of difficulty at the Shanghai main station ticket counter trying to persuade them to issue my ticket. Finally they checked by my surname on the train number and found it.
You should warn foreign travelers that certain email such as gmail are not accessible and prompt to ask us to provide other acceptable email.

The on-line booking process is easy and convenient. The allocated seating is great and there is plenty of leg room. The system to board your required train at the station runs smoothly. I had a few questions that were answered promptly via email from a friendly and helpful staff member. My only suggestion would be that the toilets on board the train are cleaned more frequently. Towards the end of the journey the facilities were quite bad in my carriage. We enjoyed our trip on the fast train....More

I like to thank you for all the services that you have provided me to have a smooth and enjoyable holidays in China. From what I see, it is really true that it is more feasible and convenient to book the train tickets in advance for travelers. The issued tickets are also received timely and precisely, thanks!
The only confusion which I encountered is my first day train from Shanghai to Suzhou. The station shows Shanghai to Nanjing.
Signage for the waiting room, boarding procedures are easily to follow. Train journeys are smooth. Overall I will grade 9/10.
The most thing which I feel very great is the website for the Q&A. Answers are responded promptly. Lots of Information can also be easily find out from it, GREAT! Highly recommended to my friends who go to China.
