Your service was amazing - honest, efficient, great attention to detail, and went the extra mile. When I arrived at my hotel in Chengdu, I had not received my train tickets and was unsure how to ask if the package had been received. You graciously gave the hotel a call to ensure the package that had been sent made it to my room - very thankful for that!
Your website provides a great deal of information on train travel in China that is really required to figure it out - I'm glad I read through it all, it made the experience far easier. The online train schedules are also helpful - I ended up taking a side trip to Suzhou which I was able to plan with your schedule quite easily. Writing down all the train information was more than enough to book tickets - in Suzhou the agent probably spoke as much English as I speak Chinese, but we were able to handle the transaction quickly and without issue. The online city travel guides were also essential in planning my days - very helpful.
Overall, very impressed with the quality of your service and support. There are unfortunately a fair number of dishonest businesses in China, both in and out of tourism. You represent your country brilliantly!
