TravelChinaGuide did a great job of arranging our train tickets during our visit to China. Monica helped us to get soft sleeper tickets in one cabin for our trip from Beijing to Guilin, despite it being a 19 hour trip the time passed quickly and we were very comfortable.
They also arranged our tickets on the bullet train from Shanghai to Beijing - all seats together.

My train journey went well as expected. There was no trouble from the online ticket booking to offline use. I just showed my passport at the manual channel for entrance to the waiting hall, then boarded the train and reached Shanghai. Thank you for all.

The transportation guidance on your website is very useful for foreigners. Chinese is such a difficult language. I often get confused about the station names. And I would like to thank you for the detailed address and name of the railway station in both Chinese and English. Great job!
