I can't thank you enough Travel China Guide for your services getting us the train tickets. Not only your delivery to our hotel was on-time, but your communication and guidance of how to get to the train station and the boarding process were clear and concise. You are the first class company and a big thanks to Ms. Jessica Zhang for all her help. We will be sure to spread the good words and definitely will use your services again in the future.

A bit more clarity about the amount to pay in each payment possibility. I had to make two payments because I didn't know that I had to pay a fee because I used PayPal. However, the payment went smoothly and was informed on time.
I took the train at 7 am on a Monday in Shanghai. One hour was enough to go through security control and get my tickets. However, I think that it can take much longer if leaving at other time during the day.
