I was very satisfied with the booking experience through travelchinaguide. It was fast efficient and easy to follow and get confirmations. Only improvement areas I would note are the following: Emphasize more strongly to the travelers the challenge of being able to receive gmail e-mails in China. Except that your service was friendly and really appreciated the communications in English so that could understand what was going on.

Booking trains threw Travel China Guide has been easy to use, we have never had any issues and tickets have always been waiting for us upon our arrival at our hotel. Train stations with in all the city’s we travel to are no problem to navigate, and trains always run on time. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience using your service and would recommend to others.

I rate the booking experience highly – responses were prompt and polite. I was very pleased to find my tickets waiting for me when I booked into the hotel and the follow up email requesting confirmation that I had received them.

The train was very smooth, fast and clean. I thought the train stations in Shanghai and Suzhou were very orderly, clear and well organized. Even with only English language, I found the train stations extremely easy to negotiate – far less confusion than in my own country (Australia) or any where I have been in Europe. I think any international traveller would be well advised to book their tickets through TCG, however, because the only part that looked really terrifying was the ticket office at the train station. There are no signs in English there and the queues are very long and bad tempered

Thank you very much again for organizing my train tickets. Again i am happy to say that the booking experience was very positive and All necessary information and confirmations were provided perfectly Quick and reliabl.

The train Journey itself was of course very convenient and a good option. To see at least a little of the landscape en route even if only limited travel Time (as in my case) is available. Regarding security checks, check in and organization in the train stations, I can say that on my trips everything was very well organized and necessary steps were done related tot he amount of travelers quick and efficient.

In all, your train tickets made a great impact on my whole trip to be very interesting and give me the possibility to use the limited time as good as possible.

Travelchinaguide is an excellent website for information about travel in china. One of the very best! That is why I contacted the agency when I was ready to plan my trip.

I wanted to customize a day trip and Olivia from tour department was very helpful in arranging the itinerary. They arrange the trip in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Tongli and Shanghai prefectly.

I stayed in Tongli for a few days and then had to go back to Suzhou to catch the train to Shanghai. Jessica in train department stepped in at that point and got my ticket issued and delivered to the hotel in Tongli on the day I arrived in Tongli. Very efficient! Jessica sent me detailed information about my ticket and translated the Chinese part in English. She also sent me detailed information on how to manage at the train station. By the time I arrived at the train station, I was completely prepared for what to expect and how to catch the train. That made it surprisingly easy.

I had booked first class which had only six seats. And there was plenty of room for my luggage near me. So I didn’t have to
be concerned that my luggage might disappear.

TravelChinaGuide made my travel in China easy, smooth, pleasurable, and completely stress free. They were professional, prompt with email communication, efficient, and provided an abundance of detailed information.

I highly recommend TravelChinaGuide and will definitely use their service again when I take another trip to China.
