We hardly lost ourselves at Shanghai Railway Station. There are two entry square, and ticket office is in a different building too! You should list clear the entrance gate for each train for the future booking to avoid this problem. Anyhow, your booking service is good. Thanks for your booking.

The booking process is smooth, and they communicate through email with almost instant response. However the problem i have is I can't choose to pay in yuan, and it charges in usd. The service charge is quite expensive. The ticket is about 59 yuan, and the service fee is i think 38 yuan.

I want to change my trip. But your operator told me to change at the counter by myself because I have picked up my tickets. It is really a challenge for me to change it at the counter. The staff at Suzhou station could not understand me at all. They could only said No! It was lucky that I found a staff at security check who was kind enough to call you. Thanks for your help on the phone, they finally changed it for me.
