Absolutely brilliant, 5 minutes queuing, handed over our slip and passport and in less than 5 minutes we had our tickets. We went 3 days early and as for the tickets, even without reading Chinese we knew our gate and everything.

My overall impression about this reservation procedure and trip was great. Getting Ticket at the Suzhou North station is very easy. I booked business class ticket. The condition of the train and seat were very clean more than I expected. Despite the staff cannot speak English, I can understand this point, because this train is mainly for local people. Thank you.

It is very easy and fast to use travel China guide to purchase train tickets. In one case I had tickets waiting for me at hotel and in another available for pickup at train station. Both ways were very convenient.

Thank you for your kind help in booking train tickets for our vacation in China! The communication with you has been simple and straight forward and our three trips were all booked in accordance with our requests.
Two of our trips were with high-speed trains, from Tianjin to Shanghai and from Xi’an to Beijing. We got good seats next to each other on the side with only two seats. The trips were convenient, fast and on time. The third trip was a night train from Suzhou to Xi’an. This was an older train and we had some issues with the air-conditioning but with the help of a fellow passenger we got it right in the end. The only real issue we had was the delivery of the tickets to our hotel but we the kind help from you when the hotel manager called you they located the tickets which they had received in time but unfortunately misplaced. Otherwise we had no issues whatsoever. Check-in, boarding, etc. was easy and travelling by train is the way to travel in China. High speed (300 km/hour) and the opportunity to see the Chinese landscape makes it a far better alternative than flying. And for course it’s also better for the environment.
Next time we go to China we will without doubt again travel by train between cities and we will certainly come back to you for help with making the reservations.
