We were really pleased and satisfied with the booking experience with you. The consultant is very efficient, kind and nice. Our journeys were good: railway stations are well organized, it is easy to check-in and board the trains. Departures and arrivals on schedule. D and G trains (high speed) are very good, clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our trip to China, and have hardly any suggestions to improve your service. For the Suzhou station it wasn’t clear to us from which stations we had to depart, there are two stations, the hotel helped us out. And the station it self has two stories with wasn’t clear to us at the beginning but a chines student who spoke some English directed us to the right waiting room.
The provided information about waiting rooms/boarding a train where quit sufficient. Travelling with China rail was quit comfortable. We will recommend you to all our fiends with travelling plans to China, thanks for your effort, it really made travelling less complicated....More

Thankyou for your service you provided on my last business travel to Shanghai. Your help was over and above normal customer service. And a pleasure to use the services of TRAVELCHINAGUIDE. Traveling in the bullet ride is always a pleasant experience from entering the station to boarding. I look forward to using the services again of travelchinaguide on my next trip.

We had the most amazing experience in China, and we feel that a lot of credit is due to the efficiency of your team and your website. All the information that was provided was accurate and helped us navigate our way through the country with ease and confidence. It was invaluable to the success of our trip.
The booking of train tickets was easy and the consultants were efficient and most helpful. Check-in at the train stations was more strict than we had anticipated, but was efficient none the less.? Waiting rooms were cramped at some stations, but that is to be expected with the number of people making use of the trains. There were sign boards up at all the stations, making it easy for us to find where to be. We absolutely loved the train journeys, especially the overnight soft sleepers. All the trains were clean and the amenities great! Our only recommendation for other travellers would be to take their own food (especially breakfast), as there was not much variety for Westerners.
We will definitely be making use of the train again in the future, with the TravelChinaGuide website at our side. Many thanks for your assistance. It was a great experience.
