Suzhou Railway Station is indeed the nearest one and most convenient one. Your hotel is near Leqiao metro station on line 4. So you can take line 4 from the station to Leqiao and exit from exit No. 1. The hotel is in walking distance.

Regarding difference, they are in fact two different stations. Different rides use different station. It is hard to say which station is more suitable for you without knowing about your location or train time. However, normally Suzhou Station is more frequently used as it is closer to the old town area.

They use different routes and different on speed as well. G100 can reach a top speed of 350km/h and runs on the HK-Guangzhou-Beijing high speed railine. The ticket price is also higher on G100, but if you want to experience a top speed of 350km/h, you can try with it.
