First I would like to thank all your support and guidance through my requests, I always felt comfortable in communication with your team. I strongly recommend your services in order to feel much safer when traveling to your country.

Regarding the impressions, it is sometimes hard task to buy a ticket by one self since not everybody speaks English, with my per booked tickets I just had to ask for the correct place to wait for the train.

Regarding the service from your side, girls were always kind and willing to respond to any questions I may had during the process. I thank you for your kindness and attention, especially to Josey and Larissa....More

Great experience, no problems except they changed the Track at the last minute. A little confusing for English speaking guy but I figured it out.

Below is picture of my train. The guy sat next to me. I found this funny.

The overall experience is very good. It is easy to check train schedules and order the tickets, payment is easy and safe, tracking is excellent, delivery was on time and complete. Maybe there are already too many reminders and tracking notifications by email which I imagine get confusing if more than 1 or 2 reservations are made at one time, but that is not really critism.
On this trip, the experience was extremely good. HK, Shenzhen and Guangzhou are all extremely well organised and clean stations, the trains were both clean and fast, an enjoyable experience.

I must say that I am very happy with the booking and travel experience booked via Travel China Guide. Everything was well organized and easy to book the tickets.

Train experience was amazing. I would recommend everyone to travel by train through China, and would also recommend your agency to book the tickets. Communication with you is perfect.

Rate is HIGH 5 of course and for sure, will book train tickets with you the next time.
