The bus to rail station is the one to Wucun Long distance bus station. From airport, bus runs from 9am to 8pm, every one hour. It takes around 25min on the way by bus. Ticket price is CNY10 per person. If you are hurry in time, taxi would be good to use.

You need to go to Xiamen Station or the North Station to take a rail to Quanzhou. More rides go from the North Station. From the airport, you can take airport shuttle bus which runs around every 20min and take around 40min on the way.

I think the cloest metro station should be Hu Bin Dong Lu which is about 700 to 800m away. You can choose to walk to get there directly. Maybe about 10 or 15min walking.

as long as the ride shows one train number, it is direct ride. There is no connection ticket type, all the results you got from "xiamen-fuzhou south" are direct rides.
