Suzhou - Wuhan Train

About 30 pairs of high speed trains are operated between Suzhou and Wuhan from early morning till late evening. Both G types and D Types are available, but they use different stations. The 726 - 765 kilometer (451 - 475 miles) distance between the two cities can now be finished in about 3.5 - 6 hours.

Travel Tips:

1. At one side, three railway stations are involved, namely Hankou Railway Station, Wuhan Railway Station and Wuchang Railway Station. At the other side, two stations are involved. Passengers should be careful when purchasing tickets to choose the nearest railway stations.

2. All the high speed G-Types use Suzhou North Railway Station and Wuhan Railway Station. Please double check the departure and arrival station before making the booking and heading for the station. You can check the right station in Chinese on the ticket. If you will take a taxi to the station, you can show the paper ticket to the driver directly, and he/she will take you to the right station.

3. On D956, D958 & D954, the Deluxe Soft Sleeper and Soft Sleeper are also equipped. The price for the Deluxe Soft Sleeper is CNY 620 per ticket, and CNY 360 per ticket for the Soft Sleeper.

4. All the trains running between the two cities are bullet ones, and no normal speed trains are available for this route.

May I know the time of final train of line 4 to South Gate from Suzhou Railway Station?

I read that line 4 ends at 10:40pm to Tongli direction. South Gate is on the way to Tongli, so the time works the same.
