All trains were very good and the sleeper train very comfortable. The only problem we had and it would have been nice to know. When you get to Hongqiao station you cannot use the subway to the airport after a certain time at night. As we had thought we could travel across Shanghai with no problem it was a shock to find out that there was no train. As it happened we were told eventually that we could go as far as a certain station and then get a taxi. This we did but only just caught our flight home. So perhaps some information in your reading could warn other travelers. Your Service though is excellent and we would recommend you to all our friends who like to travel alone and not with a tour operator. We wish to thank you very much for the service you gave us. The flight you arranged for us was also very good. We found all systems ran mainly to time and were very easy to use. ...More

I only booked two train tickets, Shanghai-Nanjing, Nanjing-Beijing, and the whole process was very easy to follow. Unfortunately my primary trains were fully booked, but after getting a notice about that, I just selected other trains and got booked on these instead. The tickets were delivered to my hotel in Shanghai the same same evening I arrived. Very good service!
TCG website also has a lot of other detailed information about the cities I visited: about train stations, metro, sightseeing, airports, etc. For everything I wanted to know, I ended up checking their website, and the information was always accurate as far as I experienced. One example is sightseeing, I used their Independent day trip suggestions which are very detailed, down to the exit gates at the metro. An excellent help when you are travelling by yourself and don't speak Chinese.
Overall TCG was an excellent help during my two weeks in China, and comes highly recommended!

It was great to be able to have the ticket sent to the hotel. This seems to be new; many of my Chinese friends living in America will now use this in the future.

The ticket booking and pick up process went quite smoothly. I appreciate the opportunity for feedback.
It would be more connivence if payment can be not limited to PayPal only. I had to set up the account at last minute and took two days of verifying, etc. to get it working. I am sure there are many customer like me who do not hold a PayPal account, accepting Visa, Master or American Express would attract more overseas customer using your online booking system.
The dinning carriage was not as what I expected, basically there was no seats available. I was told I needed to go back to my seat to eat. Looked like seats had been sold for short distance customers, which was understandable as it was high season. However this might cause safety concerns as I had to walk back from carriage 10 (the dinner carriage) to carriage 5 where my seat was, carrying hot food and hot drinks.
One last thing, there was not many choice of hot food (in fact just one type). Considering the travel time is nearly six hours, perhaps this is an area that can be improved.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will try the first class carriage next time.
