I am back in Germany after 4 very interesting weeks in China. I am happy that the booking and the use of the train reservations worked without any problems.
I went with your reservation emails to the first railway station of my roundtrip, Shanghai. And there they printed for me all the 14 tickets which I had booked . For me it was perfect, for the people in the queue behind me it was a bit long ....
I am sure I will book some more tickets when I will come again. Thank you for your support and patience. See you again....More

Thanks for booking our train tickets and helping us in visiting other cities from Shanghai Honqiao. We really enjoyed travelling by trains and had no issues while boarding/getting out of the train stations. The most important fact is that everything was on time although it was slightly raining. It was really a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend friends and others to travel in trains during their stay in China.

Your service was very efficient and helpful. The airline tickets were all in order and I picked up my train tickets a day in advance. The G train first class from Nanjing to Shanghai was incredible: super-fast and beautiful and first class was luxurious with a lot of space, slippers, and snacks. Overall, I very much appreciated your prompt help and public transportation in China is very very good.

I like that you always update me promptly with the ticket status and it save me lots of time to call to follow up. I will not hesitate to recommend your service to others.

Thank you very much for your help in arranging our train travels in China between Shanghai and Nanjing. The booking experience was very convenient and easy. We had to change one of our trains after booking and that was handled very well and professionally. Thank you very much again, and I will certainly use your services again on my next trip.

TravelChinaGuide train app was great and I used it twice. It a really useful service. The train was fantastic and easy to board, find the gate etc. My only suggestion is the provision of a small map to collect the tickets at the station. Of much assistance for languages other than Chinese. For example, It was difficult to find the window at main Shanghai station. A small map would be of assistance in the email with the ticket confirmation. Their staff was efficient and helpful, spoke very good English....More
