It is my first time to book train tickets through TravelChinaGuide. Their service is very good. As I do not want to wait in line to collect the tickets, I choose their delivery service. When I arrive at the hotel, the hotel staff hand over the envelope. I open it and they are my train tickets.

Great service! When we’re looking forward to our confirmation email, you emailed me the ticket pick up number. We just need to show the train staff our passport. We will use the travel china guide next time.

The online booking process was fairly easy. Although I double-booked in error, but Travel China Guide staff was very efficient and quickly spotted the error and notified me. They also processed the refund very quickly. The trip was wonderful, and I was able to pick up all train tickets to 4 different cities in China at the 1st train station. The high-speed train rides were quite amazing, very steady and quiet despite their extreme high speed. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our 4-week trip very much, and we are looking to book another similar trip in March/April 2020 to other cities in China....More

Thank you for sending the tickets and we got them from the hotel reception as soon as we arrive. It was our first time to visit China and we were worried as we cannot speak Chinese. Sorry to bother you and asked too many questions. Your staff is patient and helpful. Once again, appreciate your extra efforts for our booking.
