I have booked several tickets on this website. Definitely great service that saves a lot of time and hassle. Next time I will consider to have the ticket delivered to my hotel, so that I don't have to wait at the station to pick it up.

We booked 4 train trips and got the confirmation very soon after we made the payment. All worked brilliantly, and we even got a refund for tickets for one of our trips when our travel plans changed. I can only highly recommend this service.

I am sorry to give my response till now. I am just back to my country. Yes, surely you did a good job. I can give you a high 5 star. I did not use the train you recommend to Warter Town, I take an Uber car in order to save time instead. I wonder can I still get some refund for that train. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

I have just been to China for my third time, and it is the first time to take the high speed trains. TravelChinaGuide not only reserved my train tickets, but also gave advices on train connections. Their website is informative, personal email support is exceptional. The travel tips for ticket collection at stations was very useful.

I have tried to buy tickets at the station, but there was no ticket left for the approaching trains, so I had to wait 2 hours for a later one. For the rest trips, I booked online in advance. I recommend travelchinaguide for the train ticket booking, it is convenient and fast.

I like the train ride so much. I have one window seat. The scenery along the train is beautiful. The people on the train are friendly. This time I took the high speed train. Next time, I will take one normal train. I will experience all kinds of China trains.
