A pleasure to do business with. From the initial booking to the delivery of the tickets to our hotel everything was smooth and trouble free. A nice touch was the instruct sheets on how and where to catch the trains which took away the inevitable language problems. Highly recommended.

The booking service was excellent. Especially I appreciate the quick response. It gave me as a customer a feeling of being important. The procedure regarding booking, payment and delivery of ticket was explained carefully. This was useful for me since it was the first time to book the ticket with you. I was also informed about every step being taken until I had received the ticket. Thanks a lot!

The train journey was OK, nothing special. I'm used to traveling in China.

Thank you for your assistance during my trip. Communication during my booking was excellent, I knew exactly where my tickets were and at what stage the booking process was at, having to book tickets 7 days in advance was a little long but I understand why.

Trains were very comfortable, particularly business class, the train station at Nanjing was a bit hectic and overwhelming. Shanghai Hongqiao was first class as was Nanjing stations.

The booking service was really good, kind and professional.

A suggestion: It was not really clear that the form on the website is only to ask info and to contact an operator. At first glance I thought that was a direct book or direct purchase.

The journey was good. When you arrive at the station find the correct waiting room result simple. The waiting room was a little full of people but this is really normal in China.
