The Chinese people have perseverance in improving their railway system and making the high-speed rail become the most popular means of transportation. Excellent! We will book via you again for future trips.

We are a group of 36 people from Netherlands. We booked all train tickets with TravelChinaGuide several months ago. Although we met some problems during the booking, the staff contacted us in time and solve them quickly. Anyway, we all like their work. We’d like to recommend TravelChinaGuide to our friends! Sorry for my late review but we were all busy in work.

It was really amazing that the train stations were full of people. If you need to collect the physical ticket at the train station, I suggest you to plan an extra 1.5 hours at least so as not to miss the train. The train trip itself was comfortable and fast. Highly recommended.

I thought travel by business class seat means luxury standard service, but it was not so enjoyable in my view. The seat is good, but other passengers in company was troublesome. Two children were running back and forth, playing and laughing. None of the train staff stopped them, they seems very get used to this kind of situation. This is not correct at all! I paid for a lot extra for a peaceful time of my own, this is not what I want. I know it is not a problem of TravelChinaGuide, but I suppose you may need to warn your other clients about this issue next time....More
