Overall, the online ticketing experience was pleasant. Although the reservations was made for the outbound and inbound train rides from Beijing - Tianjin and vice versa - there was assistance rendered by the service staff on the change of travel times/train departure timings at Tianjing. We were overwhelmed with a sense of lost when we arrived at Beijing South Railway Station. There was insufficient sign posts to let us know that the departure and ticketing offices were located upstairs. There was also a long queue forming at the ticketing counter and there were lots of people ahead of us. Finally, we collected the tickets for both journeys and we knew that the timings are correct. The ticketing officer collected taxes from us at the ticketing counter and I was puzzled as I thought that all payment had been made online already when we were in Singapore. The train journeys was smooth. The train departed promptly to Tianjin. It was a smooth and comfortable ride. For the return journeys, we were at Tianjin Railway Station and we had a better experience. The timings for departing to Beijing was prompt. The connections to the subway stations was within walking distance....More

I am certainly satisfied with the service you provided - communication was excellent as I was always kept informed regarding every step in the booking process. Furthermore, the tickets were delivered quickly and easily collected at my requested destination (i.e. hostel), plus your company came across as very friendly, which is a big thing to me as a customer.
As for providing tips for the train journey, I can just advise to get there with plenty of time before departure!
