Homepage, Booking Process simple and easy.

Alternative payment methods would be nice (direct credit card without PayPal, ...).

Fetching the paper tickets at the railway station was a serious problem - 1.5 hours waiting.
(many people missed their train and so there was a mess at the ticket counter)
I nearly missed the train, too.
Next time I will try out the delivery of the ticket to the hotel.

I will recommend your service to others.

    Best regards,
    Robert

System is too complicated to retrieve the pre-paid tickets at the train station. Only one window for foreigners to show their passports. We should be able to print out tickets at the same time we pay online.

I thought you provided excellent service – always answering my emails / questions and the tickets arrived exactly as promised. I will be using you again when I next get the opportunity to travel by train in China.

The train trip itself was uneventful. Beijing South Station is a large station like airport, but the process from collection to security check to boarding were all very straightforward.

Fast and prompt booking assistance of train tickets. Travel China Guide also ensured to communicate with me to check-in if the tickets were successfully couriered to the hotel I was staying in. Will definitely recommend!

We meanwhile have returned to Germany after having a great time in Beijing before and the cruise to Singapore afterwards.
Regarding the train to Binhai we confirm that everything was well organized and running smooth, starting from arrival of tickets in our Beijing hotel-service in Beijing south station-bullettrain itself.
There is only one remark i`d like to mention:
after train arrived in Binhai, we found ourselves stucked in an uncountless number of people, leaving the train heading towards exits which where blocked by officials. Having hand luggage plus 2 suitcases in hand each, we, as premium class pax, felt somewhat uncomfortable amongst. After having eventually passed the exit, selection of further transportation towards cruise ship terminal became somewhat unorganized and chaotic. For the latter, official city authorities should arrange for some improvements, since foreign travellers are involved mostly without knowledge in Mandarine (English is not understood by the taxi drivers and even written directions where not very helpful to them). We, however, finally made it. Nonetheless we thank you for your efforts to arrange our train tickets and we surely will contact you again upon necessity further ahead....More
