I was pleased with your service booking a train to Tianjin from Beijing.
It was quite difficult uploading a photograph of our passports and I was quite concerned after I tried quite a few times. I think I wrote to your help desk.
    Finally it uploaded.
The train was clean and comfortable and we had a very good journey.

Please extend my compliment for your Train Booking Consultant - Larissa Cheng .

I had to book 2 way fast bullet train ticket for 2 person for Tianjin to Beijing. I was nervous and unsure about it because it was my first time using Travelchinaguide.com and also my first time to book for bullet train. I am extremely sceptical and worried it might just screw up, despite we have confirmed our booking but no tickets available yet.

But, Larissa has been communicating with me with fast email responses in good english. She also explained clearly to us and very patience in all our communications and finally issued our bullet train tickets. I am thankful that everything turned out smoothly in our trip. She delivered what she promised. Even though i had a scare in the beginning.

I will definitely use Travelchinaguide again for any relevant bookings . Thank you!! I am very happy for her service. I hope for no screw-ups unlike what some others have experienced.

The service is good. Thank you for booking our tickets. Your team freed our stress for getting the train tickets which is the hardest part of our trip. We are worried about the booking at begin, but when we found that all your questions were answered, and every email replied on time, we became more confident. The result showed that we had made a good choice: we get the tickets we need and enjoyed our trip from Beijing to Tianjin and back and also Beijing to Xian. Highly recommended!

The booking process was well handled.
However, we wished we had been given more guidance on how to collect the tickets at Tianjin train station. Pretty confusing when not much is written in English on the spot.
We wished we had more advice on traveling tips. For instance, to my (bad) surprise, accessing a train station is even tougher security-wise than an airport. I was confiscated my body spray and shaving foam from my main luggage.

Everything worked fine, Pheobe was very helpful with the bookings and communication was good.

This is the ideal service for westeners to do advance booking for trains. If you are travelling and carting gear for a variety of climates First class is easier and does sell out early on the more popular times.

My expierence with travelchinaguide was excellent , unfortunately I can't say the same of Taxi driver who proceeded to not only overcharge but dumped us out at the wrong station & we had to purchase train tickets again as we could not reach are booked station on time due to his actions.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to China & look forward to returning someday as I found most Chinese people to be very friendly !
