I must say thank you to my booking consultant, she is very helpful during my train trip in China. When I missed my train, I did not know what I should do, then I called her. She told me to go to the ticket change counter to change the ticket to next available train. Since the staff of train station cannot understand me very well, she talked to the staff and helped me to change the ticket. Finally, I got the new ticket. Next time, I will still choose TravelChinaGuide.com to book train tickets.

Travelchinaguide.com provided super professional service in every aspect from online booking to after-sale support. I changed one train by myself at the train station thus I needed a refund for that ticket. I reported this to Travelchinaguide and the refund came quickly. Thanks for your help and reliable service.

We submitted the booking about three months before the departure and we almost forgot when the tickets would be confirmed. One day, one message from TravelChinaGuide popped up and I realized that it might have something to do with my train tickets in China. Yes, it was the tickets confirmation. The seats are on two-seated side, which we requested, and it is clear enough on how to collect the paper tickets at the train station. Good job.

During the hard period, we think it is best to do the cancellation and no wait to see if things improve. This seems to be turning into an epidemic spreading to cities around the world. You cancelled the booking for us and made a refund to our credit card in time. We are glad to make a cooperation with you again in the future. Good luck to you and your colleagues.
