Everything from start to the end was flawless. There was only one small hitch on the travel from Binhai to Beijing. We were contacted by phone that business class tickets were all sold out, so they suggested us to change to first class instead. Not a big issue for a 40min's trip. I would certainly recommend TCG service to anyone who wants to explore China.

The train stations in China are bigger than most US airports. It was hard to find someone that spoke English, so the first time at a train station was challenging. But then you would realize how simple it is. If you are holding the pink ticket, there's a special line (usually identified by a sign on the floor at the line-up entrance) that is shorter, and boarding is easy. Enjoyed traveling by train in China.

We booked the tickets through the APP of Travel China Guide. The information is clear and straightforward. After submitting the online booking and paying for the order, I received the confirmation email shortly. The ticket collection instruction is useful. I just show the ticket pickup number and my passport at the ticket counter, the staff give the paper ticket. So easy.

Thank you for delivering the tickets to our hotel, and for your detailed guide on boarding procedures at Beijing's Southern Railway Station. We had an enjoyable trip to Shanghai. The 1st class coach was comfortable.

After order and pay for the tickets online, I got an email confirmation, on my order check page there was a small phrase written in Chinese, so when I went to the counter at the station and showed the officer that paper, they knew exactly what to do. Good service!

We were really impressed with your service, efficiency and the quality of the trains which were on time, clean and comfortable. Having initially paid for first class seats you promptly refunded the difference when only second class seats were available for our chosen train. Your emails gave us all the information we needed and, although we didn't need it, we were reassured to have been told, by you, what to do if we missed our connection. The helpful phrases, in Chinese, gave us additional reassurance. An excellent service.. ...More
