I booked wrong station ticket. I need go to Binhai Station, but I booked the ticket to Tianjin. I found this mistake one day before my travel date. I emailed TravelChinaGuide, and they replied me quickly and offered me the new train to Binhai. I only need pay a small amount of change fee. They are so efficient.

Overall, your service is perfect. You bought the tickets and sent them to our appointed place per our request. Sadly, our hotel staff misplaced the ticket package and could not find it anywhere. After your long time negotiation with the hotel, they agreed to take us to the station and reported the loss for us. We cannot imagine what we would do without your help. Thanks.

Having spent a few weeks in China, I know how confusing booking trains can be. TCG are very helpful with this. They provide official status for all schedules, what the passengers need to do is to choose your prefered timetables and then send the orders, they will do all the right things and will offer detailed instructions on how to collect the tickets, travel advice and some other useful items for travelling in China. I will definitely recommend them to all persons.

We had a wonderful time in China. We arranged collection of the tickets for all the eight trips at one train station without any problems. Your team is very fast and efficient! Thank you very much.

I was planning to be at the train station pretty early anyway since your staff told me to do this. Thank you for the reminder. There were heavy traffic jams in Beijing and many people crowded at the station. We appreciate your prompt email with the pick up number for the tickets and also collection details. The instruction helped us a lot to find the ticket office and Counter.

    Everything was OK

My only suggestion is to have an online cancellation, better than email communication.

First time in China and experiencing a “bullet” train. It was great! The station may be a bit intimidating as there is little English signage. The process and train were very efficient and timely. Each seat is assigned and so boarding is very easy! Excellent way to travel.

I recently did two trips alone-from Beijing to Tianjin and back. I have never been to China before so I found web site of Travelchinaguide and decided to buy tickets in advance through them instead of struggling at station. They were very helpful and everything went good. I was happy to use their services and I recommend it to other travelers.
