My friend and I visited China this summer and we decided we would travel independently instead of booking an escorted tour. The most difficult was the train tickets. But we are lucky to come cross Josey, she was always patient and considerate with all our needs. We had no problem to get all of our tickets when we checked in at the first hotel. Great service, Great help!

It was really an informative, stress-free and easy to use website. I received a travel advice email explaining how to get to the train station, how to collect paper tickets, and how to use the train, which were all useful and essential. Thanks for your complete and trouble less service.

The service provided by TravelChinaGuide was superb. Tiffany and her team were very efficient in dealing with my request. However, I thought the additional cost of the business class was not worth it. The 2nd class is also acceptable but a little noisy. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
