We are surprised that we don’t need to collect the paper tickets. We were told to scan the passport at the checking gate. It was very convenient to take bullet trains in China. We will surely book tickets with you again!

We booked the tickets more than 40 days before our departure date in American, but we received an email about unavailability of the tickets. To be honest, we’re disappointed about that. Anyway, you recommend us other options. And the other options are fine for us.

We ordered the train tickets on the APP of TravelChinaGuide. We chose their delivery service, as we do not want to wait in line to collect the paper tickets. Once they sent out the paper tickets, they emailed us the express order number. In this case, we can also check the express status. It is really convenient.

In China, there are security checks at train station entrance. Also, stations are very big. We were astonished by how big Beiing South Station was. It is recommended to be there well in advance if it's first time. We enjoyed the trip and the TravelChinaGuide service was excellent and we had a personal consultant. I have to say we were very pleased with the professional service. Definitively recommended!

The booking process was smooth and easy. I was notified with every step of the process. The booking fee is a bit much, especially when there is a large group. The fee is per person and per trip. The train station and car information are confusing. The signs are not made for foreigners.

Thanks! I'm really impressed by how you answered each question individually. Most of the time people don't really read or respond to everything and it is very frustrating. If only everyone were this thorough when helping their customers! Thank you!
