Arrival by metro: line 3
If arriving by metro, passengers can get off at Tianjin South Railway Station and then they can go into the station through a special channel connecting the metro station and the railway station.
Arrival by bus:
At South Station Bus Stop: 312, 358, 587, 589, 674, 707, 758
Passengers arriving by bus will get off at the front square of the station.
Arrival by taxi:
When going there by taxi, passengers will be dropped off at the front square, about 50 meters (55 yards) from the ticket office. In order to leave, they can take a taxi near the exit.
Tianjin Train Station
Take metro line 3 to the destination directly.
West Train Station
Take metro line 3 to South Hongqi Road first and then change to metro line 6 to the West Station.
Ancient Cultural Street
Take metro line 3 to Tianjin Railway Station first and then change to metro line 2 to Dongnanjiao, exit D. Afterwards, walk about 840 meters (918 yards) northward to the destination.
Binhai International Airport
Passengers can take metro line 3 to Tianjin Railway Station and then transfer to metro line 2 to the airport. It takes about 1 hour in total.
Ticket office
Ticket office is located at the east side of the terminal building. Passengers can purchase, change or refund tickets there. Passengers need to go through security check when going to the ticket office. There is a pay upon arrival ticket counter near the exit as well.
Waiting area
Passengers can easily find the waiting area when stepping into the first floor. There are stores selling snacks and special local products, as well as a cafe on the first floor, but food or products may cost more here. Business class ticket holders enjoy special security check channel and waiting area near the west entrance. They don't need to enter from the main entrances of the station building. Just go into the lounge from the square directly.
Service desk
Aside from the information inquiry machines, there is a service desk close to the checking point no. 1 on the first floor. Passengers can go there to ask for direction, inquire about the schedule and ask for help. Next to the service desk, a cell phone charge station can be found.
